Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Party Pop started with us planning an over-the-top first birthday for our first daughter. We continued that tradition with our second daughter’s birthday, and after that, we began helping family and friends with their parties. That’s when we realized how much we loved designing memorable events and making celebrations truly special.
Based in Saratoga Springs, Utah, Party Pop offers customizable party packages and décor services designed to make hosting easy and fun. From balloon installations and themed setups to cakes, photography, and rentals, we help bring each client’s vision to life — whether it’s an intimate birthday, a school celebration, or a larger community event.
Watching families and kids light up when they see everything come together is what keeps us inspired. We love that we get to make special moments a little more magical, helping people focus on celebrating instead of stressing over the details.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Launching Party Pop has definitely had its challenges. Starting from scratch meant learning everything from designing packages and pricing to building a website and refining our brand. Balancing the creative side with the organizational side took time and trial-and-error, but it’s also what made the process so rewarding.
Every challenge has taught us something new — how to plan smarter, stay organized, and bring our vision to life. Those lessons have shaped Party Pop into what it is today: a business built on creativity, careful planning, and a genuine love for helping people celebrate life’s special moments.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’ve been fortunate to spend the past several years as a stay-at-home mom, raising my two daughters. During that time, I developed strong skills in organization, multitasking, and problem-solving — all of which are essential in planning and executing events with Party Pop.
Jordan brings extensive professional experience from his work in project management at Motivhealth. He has a strong background in coordinating teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Together, we combine creativity, planning, and operational expertise to build Party Pop into a company that delivers stress-free, memorable celebrations for families and communities.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to us is creating joy and meaningful memories for the people around us. I’ve seen firsthand how a thoughtfully planned celebration can bring families and friends together, make people feel special, and create moments that last a lifetime. That’s why Party Pop exists — to take the stress out of planning so families can focus on enjoying those moments.
For Jordan and me, it’s also important to approach everything we do with care and intentionality. We want every detail to reflect thoughtfulness and creativity, because those little touches are what make celebrations memorable and meaningful.
