Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
So I born and raised in Cilacap, Indonesia. After high school, I need to move from Cilacap to Jakarta which is Indonesia’s capital city and I move there for My University. In the last semester, I met a handsome man from the United States, we met on Social Media, and we started talking for about 3 months, and he decided to come to Indonesia and propose to me. Also, that is the first time he has ever visited Indonesia.

He met My Family, My Friends. He visits there for 2 weeks.

After he went back from Indonesia a couple months later, Covid came so we can’t visit each other for 2 years. We only do video calls every single day.
In the last month, I decided to email the embassy as many as I could. But they respond and they made my K1 status change to Interview day. I was so happy!! And then I passed the interview about a month after that, I flew to the United States. And then we decided to get married after 28 days I’ve been here. His Family and his friends are at the wedding. So now I decided to Live here in the United States.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The struggle for me is the weather because in Indonesia, we do not have winter, and the first winter really hit my body. So I got fever a lot, my body still needs to adapt, but other than that is been fun. Months ago, my husband took me to Las Vegas, Arizona, and Utah. It blew my mind, Utah and Arizona are incredibly amazing.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My parents, because they raised me so I can be the person that I can be right now because of them.
