Today we’d like to introduce you to Camron Brewer.
Hi Camron, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
When I first started Key Learning Studios, I didn’t come from a traditional background. I didn’t have formal schooling in business or a long corporate career behind me, just a few years of hands-on experience and a strong desire to create better, more engaging learning experiences.
At the time, I noticed something in the industry: great learning content often came with a steep price tag, and affordable options usually meant sacrificing quality. I wanted to change that. So I decided to build a Learning & Development studio that would make high-quality training accessible, creative, and cost-effective.
Like most early founders, I thought being a “good” leader meant staying on top of every little detail — signing off on everything, reviewing every deliverable, and being part of every conversation. But over time, I learned that kind of leadership slows everything (and everyone) down.
The real goal wasn’t to build a team that waited on me. It was to build one that didn’t need to.
Fast forward to today, and I’m proud (and still a little amazed) at how far we’ve come. We’ve created over 10,000 hours of learning content, worked with more than 600 clients, and grown to a world-class team of over 50 instructional designers, multimedia experts, and developers spread across the globe.
Each one of them brings something incredible to the table. They make the calls, they run the shots, and they trust each other enough to move fast and deliver excellence without me being the bottleneck.
It’s been a journey of learning, letting go, and watching something truly great take shape together.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We wanted every project to feel meaningful and well-crafted, but as a small team, that sometimes meant long hours and figuring out how to streamline our process without losing the personal touch.
There were also times when projects slowed down and new clients weren’t coming in as steadily , those moments were tough. But they pushed us to refine our strategy, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and diversify the types of services we offer.

At Key Learning LLC, we help organizations transform their training materials into engaging, modern eLearning experiences that people actually enjoy and remember. We’re a small but dedicated team specializing in custom eLearning design, instructional strategy, and visual storytelling, combining creativity with real learning science.
What sets us apart is how personal and collaborative we are. We don’t just take content and make slides; we dive deep to understand our clients’ goals, audience, and brand voice. Then we design learning that fits them, whether that means interactive courses, microlearning modules, or blended learning experiences.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I would think I was the kind of person who always brought energy and positivity wherever I went. I’ve always had a naturally cheerful and curious personality, the type who could find something interesting in almost anything and make people feel comfortable and at ease around me.
