Today, we’d like to introduce you to Shelby Cazier.
Hi Shelby, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
In 2012, I went through my first dark night of the soul and was diagnosed with a life-long disease, which didn’t make sense as I was a healthy young woman going through a challenging time. So, instead of buying into the $400/month prescription, I sought out a Power Greater Than Myself and found energy healing through Reiki.
I learned that my physical health was directly connected to my emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Thus, I healed my body and never had symptoms again. I started my Reiki journey and became a Reiki Master Teacher, continuing with Meditation Teacher Training, Advanced ThetaHealing, and Mediumship over the course of 6 years.
In 2018, I opened Energy Alignment at Yugen Wellness Center and took in clients for Energy Healing Sessions – I couldn’t quite call it Reiki as I was using all my gifts, including my innate ones. In 2020, I put a pause on my practices, like most of us did, to ground in with the pandemic and being a new mom to my first baby.
In 2022, I knew I was meant to get back into the healing modalities, so I started my training in Foot Zoning and became certified the following year while having my second dark night of the soul. Finding out the life that I knew was falling apart before my eyes and trusting that it was all in alignment with my soul’s purpose was challenging as I still had to go through all the emotional and mental suffering.
Through my experiences in life, I know that the deconstruction of false realities must come to the surface of our consciousness to be cleared, released, and purified to make way for our true purpose, path, and destination. This process can be challenging and difficult at times, but the only way out is through it.
In 2023, I had my second baby as a single mom, healing my mine and my ex’s family trauma around divorce, what family looks like, and co-parenting, and moved out into my own home (which I manifested down to the very last detail and to the very last minute), launched Shelby’s Spiritual Services supporting my clients in detox-reset for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies with ionic detox foot baths and foot zones, coffee enemas, yoni steams, spiritual rituals and ceremonies, sound healing, spirit activations, and grounding meditations.
I offer a safe, sacred space for my clients to receive Higher Consciousness downloads to support them on their journey back to their Soul’s Purpose and a remembrance that their body is designed to heal itself – physically, emotionally, and mentally. Shelby’s Spiritual Services include detox-reset sessions (individual & couples), Spirit Activation (individual & group), and Spirit Spa Day/Retreats.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Through this ascension, dark nights of the soul come up to reevaluate the course in which life is headed. Knowing that there’s an inner compassion guided by my Higher Self to that which is in alignment with my Soul’s Purpose; at times it can be challenging to follow because of the emotional, mental and physical discomfort but having faith and knowing that there’s a loving, infinite connection I have with Spirit and Source to lead me to something of Higher Love, Higher Knowing, Higher Connection.
This has been an active connection for over 12 years, and my faith has been tested many times, even disconnecting from Spirit and living a life that was slowly sucking my soul dry to remember that it can be better when I follow my heart and act in a way that is honoring to myself and those around me. I’ve been lied to, betrayed, cheated on, stolen from, and taken advantage of, which were all lessons to learn. I can trust my inner guidance and know that hurt people hurt people and healed people heal people.
I choose to heal people by being the witness to their pain and suffering, knowing that they, too, can find the beautiful yet sometimes painful lessons in their experiences and be better versions of themselves.
I know that my practices of detox-resetting have changed my life for the better as I have released heavy metals and toxins through the foot bath, reset my neurological connections through foot zoning, and cleared karmic contracts and emotional triggers through sound healing, energy work, spirit activations and more. This is why I offer these services to my clients, knowing the powerful transformational results I have witnessed in my own life.

Shelby’s Spiritual Services is bridging physical and spiritual practices through detox-reset sessions. A client’s feet are placed in a professional ionic detox foot bath where the body is triggered to release positively charged ions and acidic toxins, including heavy metals, in the body, creating a more alkaline state of being, which is healthy.
During this process, I tune into Spirit as a Psychic-Medium, and we validate that emotions and spiritual contracts/cords/vows are ready to be released. This creates the space for Spirit Activation – where I channel my client’s Higher Self, Spirit Team, Angels, and Loved Ones to impart a blessing for peace, clarity, joy, abundance, etc. This is a 2 – 2.5 hour process and is offered to individuals for $220 and couples for $400 in my office or their home with a travel fee.
Shelby’s Spiritual Services offers Spirit Activations for individuals and groups, in-person or via Zoom. A Spirit Activation is a sacred experience where we get real about what is coming up right now to support them in moving forward in life with grace and ease.
I channel my Higher Self, Spirit Team, Angels, and Loved Ones to validate what needs to be released/cleared to make way for your inner light and true essence to come to the surface. Individual sessions are 1 hour for $110 while group sessions are three people for 90 minutes $165, 4 people for 2 hours $220, 5 people for 2.5 hours $275. Group Spirit Activations are powerful, knowing that as one person is being ‘activated,’ others in the group receive that activation as well. It’s beautiful to witness the efficiency of Spirit.
Shelby’s Spiritual Services launched Spirit Spa Day/Retreats at the beginning of 2024 to Nurture the Soul and Pamper the Body and have had four booked events so far! We are thrilled to host Spiritually Gifted Licensed and Certified Practitioners that offer Spa-like services such as Detox Foot Baths & Spirit Activations, Shamanic Energy Facials, Vibroacoustic Massage, Om Activations (Energy Healing), Tarot Readings, Cacao Ceremonies, Shamanic Journeying with Breath & Sound and much more! How do you think about luck?
Luck… I’m not sure I believe in luck, but I know all things are energy. What energy am I in as I approach a decision? Is it desperate? Is it at peace? Is it confident? What energy am I in as I approach a crossroads in my life? Because that is the result I will get from making that decision.
That, to me, is more powerful than the idea of luck as luck leaves things to chance, and I have had way too many experiences to know that I am a co-creator in this reality, and my thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions have created certain outcomes. I also know that there’s resistance just before a miracle and that I must keep going with my intentions.
