Meet Stefany Ferraz of Utah County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefany Ferraz

Hi Stefany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I come from a very humble background, with really hard work parents that have sacrificed a lot for their kids. I grew up in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro in a little farm, and eventually moved to the “big city”. I started baking from an early age with my mother, that would use her mom recipes. My favorite part was to eat the left over from the mixer whenever we were baking cakes. Because I have always loved to bake, work with my hands and use my creativity, I decided to become a Chef and graduated in Culinary Arts in Brazil, and a few years later decided to come to the USA to learn English and to study Marketing as it was my second passion. I have been living in Utah since 2018, got married to my best friend, and we have one beautiful daughter and one more on the way!

I came to the USA with lots of dreams, but never in my wildest dream I thought I would be where I am at today!

Today I have the pleasure to work as a full-time influencer and content creator sharing about my journey in motherhood, sharing fun and easy recipes for the family, cake decorating, and some sugar free recipes for toddlers, and also talk about screen free solutions for kids. But mainly, I like to be 110% me and to be transparent about struggles and real life as a mom. I also share about my infertility journey over the years with my amazing followers, and it has been incredible to find other women that have been through similar situations. I feel seen, heard… and they do to!

My goal in my platform is to help moms live their best life, while sharing with them a little bit of mine ♥️

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
So many!

I talk about it in my platform a lot, but before getting pregnant with my first daughter I found out I was actually infertile, and had close to zero chances of having kids. It took me a while to get pregnant with her, and when I did, I had doctors telling me to expect to have a miscarriage. It was horrible to hear that! Thankfully she is very healthy and has been growing amazingly.

After a year postpartum I wanted to start trying again as I knew that my chances were even lower as I was getting older. So a few months after I got pregnant, but unfortunately had a miscarriage within 9 weeks. It was very sad to lose that baby, and I am not going to lie that I lost hope for a little while. But thankfully after sharing about this loss and struggle with my mom followers, I had so many amazing women reaching out to me to share their story too. I truly felt heard, seen and loved by them. It gave me hope to keep trying, and that is when I got pregnant again and I am about to give birth in a few weeks! I am so excited!

On top of that, I also have my own challenges, but I truly do what I can to be the best version of myself for my family and for me. It is a learning process for sure, but I am happy to have a supportive spouse who helps me!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a full time influencer, content creator and entrepreneur. I have my own marketing company where we create exclusive content and strategies for businesses. I currently work with a few companies in Brazil, and have been expanding to the US market as well while juggling being a SAHM, and WFHM, and entrepreneur.

I have a degree in Culinary Arts, lots of certifications in the area as well such as wedding cakes, gourmet pastries, French pastries, gelato, brigadeiros, chocolate… and during my college time I got a few awards for creating exquisite pastries, which helped me to receive a certification from Callebaut – The Chocolate Academy.

I also graduated in Marketing here at the USA, and specialized in Social Media Marketing.

On top of that I also speak three languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish) and I am currently learning French, since one of my dreams is to spend a few months in France studying at the Le Cordon Bleu.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is what I have now, what I have achieved in my life! For a long time I thought I would only be happy if I had X amount of money, or X amount of friends or things. But I came to realize that I have a lot more than I have ever prayed for, and for that I will always be grateful. It doesn’t mean that I don’t have goals to go any further, but it means that I feel successful and grateful now with what I have achieved in my life, making me work even harder to achieve more in the future.
I have this in the first page of my daily journal:
“Success is not about how much money I make, but the difference I make in people’s lives.” – phrasing Michelle Obama
This pretty much sums up what my life mojo is!
