Today we’d like to introduce you to Wagner Ribeiro

Hi Wagner, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Arrived in the USA in 1997 exactly in February, as a tourist, few months later I change my status from tourist to student, my goal was to go to a business school and get my MBA. Finally I did in 2002 graduating from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management) the school number 1 in international business in the World.
At the end of 1997 I started helping JR lopes at Made in Brazil, I suggested him on Saturdays doing Brazilian BBQ, I was cooking at home and burning the meat outside of the store, in 1998 start working with Rodizio Grill, 1999 left Rodizio with one of the partners to Open Tucanos in Provo as a manager, 2002 return to Rodizio as General Manager, in Denver colorado,
2002 finish my MBA, 2004 get my documents, as a Consultant went to work for Rodizio Grill in Scottsdale AZ, running a restaurant for 6 month winning the award of the best new restaurant in Phoenix by a prestigious from Magazine from Phoenix
2004 open ABM American Building Maintenance ( Cleaning business)

2005 started as a Global supply manager at NuSkin Enterprise, and started working for SkyWest Airlines same time
2008 left NuSkin to assume a position of Latin America Director Of Operations and Marketing for Strivectin Corporation

2013 was invited to Open Tushar Brazilian Express
2017 nominated as a Business man of the year by Sandy Chamber of commerce)
2019 start teaching at Columbia College (international Business Cross Cultural Management, Diversity in Workplace and Principles of management)
2020 retired from Skywest Airlines
2020 sole proprietor of Tushar Brazilian Express

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
if you notice in my brief resume before, was not easy, trying to balance family church, businesses and so on,

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I love what I do …dealing with people, I am really generous, I have achieved a lot of things and being recognized by that

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I believe that essential having advice from other people, network is essential nowadays
