Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Galore
Hi Alexander, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
People have always told me they love my voice—that it’s “soothing” or “calming.” But what if I told you this was what I had waited my whole life for? The moment when a voice would be used in a way that could positively affect the masses. A voice that could bring stability, harmony, light, and love back to the forefront of conversation. And best of all, I had always dreamed that voice would be mine.
When I was six years old, I had a dream that I would sell out Madison Square Garden as an artist, with 20,000 people singing along with me, word for word. Then and there, the dream of becoming a star was planted deep in my heart. John Legend, Anthony Hamilton, Alicia Keys, and Brian McKnight are all voices that lace my favorite childhood memories—soul music. The kind of soul music that felt like an offering of true love and vulnerability. This is the music that watered that same seed.
As I grew older, I found myself connecting more deeply with artists like Nina Simone, J. Cole, and Ty Dolla $ign, who helped that seedling grow into a full-fledged flower. I learned to use my voice and words in tandem to deliver the only message I want to share: love.
Growing up in Arlington, Texas, as one of five kids raised by a single mother teaches you many lessons. One in particular came full circle in 2022 after winning “Best Play of Utah” and again in December 2025, when I headlined a benefit concert at The Depot SLC. The lesson? Anything is possible if I put my mind to it. This was one of the core tenets my mother reiterated over and over again as she did the impossible.
Now, you can more fully understand why I believe that when it’s all said and done, I will be the “King of Soul.” Not because I think I’m better than anyone, but because I see the vision God has placed in many—to help facilitate love and growth in this lifetime and the ones to follow. My music and my creations are the purest embodiment of that purpose and desire, documenting reality in its fullness—from heartbreak to newfound love, from humanity to fighting for each person’s individual liberation from the states of being that imprison our minds and hearts, including my own struggles in life, relationships, and creation.
Sharp, cutting words, coated with raw and raspy vocals, are perfectly softened by the melodies of my soul, allowing the listener to feel the depth of their emotions while experiencing a sense of community—knowing they aren’t alone in the pursuit of their peace.
Alexander Galore—literally meaning “the protector of people and their abundance.” A voice of light in an otherwise dark and dreary world. Using my voice to sow seeds of hope when the world needs it most.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest obstacles and challenges I’ve faced in the pursuit of my purpose have all been about staying in rhythm with myself. From our heartbeat, we each have our own individual rhythm, and the goal in life is to reach new places while moving at our own pace, in alignment with that rhythm. For me, this meant quitting my job to become a full-time musician—realigning with my love for creating because of the art itself, not for any attached outcomes like money or recognition.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am releasing a new EP in March entitled, “Songs in Galore”. A project inspired by my thoughts and feelings about the current state of the world. This project is a personal offering of love to anyone who will accept it.
My music can be found on all DSPs, (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc) under my name, “Alexander Galore”. All of my social medias are also linked under the same name.
How do you think about happiness?
I don’t think anything could compare to the feeling of being on a stage. The lights are on, the bass is groovin’, the kick drum and my heart synchronized in rhythm, and the crowd is entranced with us in a space where the music is all that matters. That, to me, is real happiness—it’s euphoric. I look forward to more venues, cities, and people to share space with.
