We started small, but our passionate community quickly took us global. A big part of our success is how we treat our customers: any order placed before 2 p.m. (Mountain Time) from Monday to Saturday ships out the same day. Early on, we faced challenges juggling inventory—especially as our customer base exploded faster than we ever anticipated. Figuring out which designs would resonate best with our growing community was a constant balancing act of guessing trends, analyzing sales data, and listening to customer feedback.

Shipping quickly became another hurdle: we’d set the bar high with our same-day shipping promise, but delivering on that consistently meant revamping our entire fulfillment process. We had to refine the way we stocked items, train our team, and streamline our warehouse setup.
