Hi Johamy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business in 2018 after I had my twin boys. I had 3 boys under the age of 2. I noticed that when I would fold their tiny premie clothes and organize their baby items I felt so good inside and it made me feel joy. I googled online to see if there was even a job for this and I saw I could start an organizing business, so I did! Throughout the 7 years, I have had 3 more children, added an employee, grew to multiple teams with multiple organizers and expanded to 3 states.
My husband has played a vital part of this journey with his full support, love and guidance. I could not have done it without him. The growth of the company could not of happed without the direction of God. I give thanks to Him daily for his goodness in my family’s life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to where we are today has been a roller coaster! As a business owner every day has its ups and downs. What I have learned is that without the struggles there can be no growth. Although I do not get excited about the struggles I do find peace in that there will be growth in myself as a business owner and the company.

JO Organizing is a professional organizing business that helps families bring harmony in their homes. We help families declutter, organize and create lasting systems for them and their families.
I think the most amazing thing about this business is the business structure. Family is the most important thing for me and I wanted to create the business with that in mind. Our organizers work only from 9:00-2:00pm, Monday – Friday. These days and times work best for our women to drop off kids at school, be able to work while their kids are at school and then finish working just in time for them to pick them up from school and be with their family’s. To me it was important for women to help their family financially but still be present in their children’s lives.
When you hire us, you are helping women be able to help support their family’s without sacrificing time with their children.
