Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Pulley.
Hi Adam, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In 2006 I had an opportunity to lease a rental operation at a Lodge I was working at. After a couple of years, and the struggles of the 2008 reccession, we couldn’t re-negotiate a reasonable lease and I decided to move on. Moving back to Heber City, we started slowly with some of our equipment we hadn’t sold yet, and started exploring a new business model and environment. Each year, we grew and grew a little more. We now have a large and steady fleet but still have to learn to adjust to a constantly changing environment. With factors such as economy, tourism, interest rates and inflation all affecting our revenues, it makes it both challenging and rewarding.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a 5 star rated guide and outfitter offering off road rentals and tours, snowmobile rentals and tours and mountain bike and ebike rentals. What sets us apart from our competitors and continues to bring us return customers year after year, is our motto of Better Equipment, Better Service, Better Experience. We half of our equipment every year, so that none of our equipment is older than 2 years old. This means our customers can always expect a new model that is reliable and fun to operate. We are also a member of the Uncharted Society. Uncharted Society is a special guide and outfitter division of BRP, the manufacturer of Ski Doo snowmobiles, and Can Am Off Road vehicles. They select only the best and most reputable companies to be a part of Uncharted Society. As such, we are representatives and ambassadors of their brand and equipment. We are also a permitted outfitter in the Uinta / Wasatch Cache National Forest, which gives us access to hundreds of thousands of acres of public lands to operate in.
