Hi Kavety, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I began my journey in Caracas, Venezuela, with a clear dream: to build an extraordinary life. I’ve always been passionate about understanding how emotions and the mind influence the results we create. That curiosity led me to study marketing with a focus on sales, never imagining that, years later, life itself would become my greatest teacher.
Emigrating to the United States was both a breaking point and the beginning of my expansion. I had to learn to trust myself, to make decisions without guarantees, and to turn uncertainty into my best teacher. I discovered that talent and ambition aren’t enough—you also need the emotional stability to sustain what you build.
From that realization, my two projects were born. Studio Bloss, a creative digital marketing studio that helps brands and entrepreneurs communicate their value, connect with their audience, and sell with strategy. And Kavety Bloss, my coaching company, where I guide women who, like me, have big goals and dreams but often feel held back by fear or self-doubt.
Through this platform, I’ve also had the opportunity to debut as a speaker on various stages, sharing my experience in emotional leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and purpose. Each talk has been an opportunity to inspire others—and to remind myself that the most powerful words are the ones born from lived experience.
Today, I understand that my work bridges two worlds that often seem separate: strategy and emotion. Because true expansion happens when a woman dares to combine her intelligence with her intuition. And that’s the story I continue to write—day by day—through every project, every conversation, and every movement I create.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all—it hasn’t been a smooth road.
When I moved to the United States, I had to start from scratch in every sense: a new language, a new system, and no safety net. There were moments of deep uncertainty, times when fear and doubt felt louder than my own voice. I had to face the reality that talent alone doesn’t build success—discipline, emotional intelligence, and courage do.
There were seasons when I felt invisible, when I questioned if I would ever find my place. But those experiences became my greatest teachers. They helped me develop resilience, empathy, and the ability to guide others through their own challenges.
Today, I see every obstacle as a bridge that led me closer to who I truly am. The journey has shaped my philosophy: growth isn’t supposed to be easy—it’s supposed to be real.
We’ve been impressed with Studio Bloss LLC , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is called Studio Bloss, a creative digital marketing studio based in Utah. We specialize in helping brands and entrepreneurs communicate their value, connect with their audience, and grow strategically through purpose-driven marketing. What sets us apart is that we don’t just create content — we create emotional connections. Every campaign we design is rooted in human psychology and storytelling, which allows brands to be seen, felt, and remembered.
Alongside that, I also lead Kavety Bloss, my personal brand and coaching company, where I mentor women who have big dreams and ambitions but often feel limited by fear, doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Through workshops, events, and coaching programs, I help them build emotional stability, confidence, and clarity so they can create businesses and lives that truly reflect who they are.
What I’m most proud of is that both brands share the same mission: to transform emotion into action and purpose into impact. Whether I’m working with a business or a woman in her personal journey, my goal is always the same — to help them rise, connect, and expand from within.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For me, success isn’t measured by numbers, titles, or recognition — it’s measured by alignment.
Success is when what I do, what I believe, and who I am all move in the same direction. It’s waking up every morning knowing that my work creates meaning, not just results. It’s being able to inspire others, make an impact, and still feel at peace with myself.
I define success as the ability to grow without losing your essence — to lead, create, and serve from a place of purpose and emotional balance. Because true success isn’t about doing more, it’s about being more present, more connected, and more real.
