Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Noelle White.
Hi Dr. Noelle, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey into chiropractic began with a quiet, intuitive moment while riding a horse back home in Upstate New York. I was originally on the path to becoming a medical doctor, but I realized I didn’t want to just treat symptoms—I wanted to support healing from the inside out. And I wanted to work with both people and animals.
That realization led me to pursue my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, where I later completed an additional 215 hours of animal chiropractic training. I became certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, and for the past two years, I’ve also been honored to teach future animal chiropractors as part of the instructor team at Parker.
Today, I’m licensed and practice in both Utah and Texas, serving animal clients under my business name Monarch Animal Chiropractic. My work is deeply rooted in nervous system health, whole-being wellness, and creating meaningful connection—between practitioner, animal, and human.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most meaningful journeys, mine has had its fair share of bumps. Starting a practice from scratch—especially one that’s centered around a niche many people still haven’t heard of—comes with a lot of education, outreach, and persistence.
There were also personal challenges: navigating major moves, financial instability early on, and seasons of deep transition. At one point, I left behind a relationship, a business, and everything familiar. It was scary—but also incredibly clarifying. I had to bet on myself and the mission I felt called to! Every time a dog starts running again, a horse moves freely, or a pet parent tells me “this changed everything,” I’m reminded that it’s been worth it.
We’ve been impressed with Monarch Chiropractic & Wellness , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Monarch Animal Chiropractic is a wellness-focused, nervous-system-based practice that offers chiropractic care for animals—primarily horses and dogs, but I serve animals of all kinds. I’m currently care for animals within a central location model and am accepting new clients. I offer mobile services in special cases—particularly for animals with mobility issues or when there are four or more animals being seen at once.
What sets Monarch apart is the focus on individualized, gentle, and specific care—nothing cookie cutter. I don’t just adjust spines; I help animals regulate, heal, and return to their natural state of ease. I also work closely with owners to help them understand how the nervous system plays a role in behavior, digestion, movement, and overall vitality.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built in both the veterinary and pet wellness communities. And I’m proud to be shaping the future of this field through my teaching role at Parker University.
What makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is being of service—knowing that what I’m doing is making a tangible difference in someone’s life, whether that’s a person, an animal, or a family as a whole. There’s something deeply fulfilling about watching an animal become mobile again, or seeing a parent tear up when their child finally sleeps through the night for the first time in months. Those moments remind me why I do what I do.
Service, to me, is an expression of love—it’s how I connect with others and how I live out my purpose. Helping others heal, grow, and feel more at ease in their bodies brings me joy because it’s not just about fixing something that’s “wrong.” It’s about restoring harmony, honoring the body’s innate wisdom, and reminding others (and myself) that healing is always possible. That’s what fills my heart the most.
