Today we’d like to introduce you to Keslee & Brooke Pilcher & Peterson.
Hi Keslee & Brooke, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We both have such a love for design and creating beautiful spaces, and it’s been so fun to bring that into what we do at Elements. Brooke has always worked in retail and found her way here a few years ago- now she manages the store and keeps everything running seamlessly. Keslee has grown up around design and always loved the creative side of it, so being part of the store has felt really natural. Together, we have a such a good rhythm- from curating collections to keeping the space fresh and inspiring, it’s been so rewarding to watch it grow.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but that’s definitely what’s helped us get to where we are today. Growing and evolving Elements has taken a lot of learning, creativity, and a willingness to step out on a limb. We’ve had to figure out what works (and what doesn’t), stay ahead of trends, and keep things feeling fresh. Every challenge has pushed us to get better and has really shaped how we approach the store and helping our customers. It’s been fun to add unique services as well such as home styling options, and we even have an accessory van! It comes straight to your home! Figuring out ways to make things more convenient for our clients has been a learning process but that’s what makes it fun and rewarding!

Yes! We truly LOVE our job. It makes us emotional! Our work feels like a family more than coworkers. We love helping others to make their house feel like a home. When we see people feel excited about the process, nothing makes us more joyful! We are lucky enough to get to do a lot of different things. Our days range from checking people out in the store, curating all our holiday collections, going to furniture & accessory markets, creating design boards, installing furniture, accessorizing peoples homes, and so much more! We get to be creative and involved in people’s home journeys which is the dream. Each time we complete a home we are proud. Each job and happy customer makes us feel joy! Something that sets us apart is we truly are family here at Elements. From our warehouse guys, to our designers, to the store girls, we all love coming to work and being apart of something bigger than ourselves.
