Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Christensen.
Hi Stephanie , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always loved weddings. I love to decorate and celebrate and I love paying attention to little details while doing that. I was lucky enough to mentor under and work for a very talented florist in my town for a few years before getting the opportunity to break into the world of wedding and events floristry on my own.
I started Everbee Floral in 2023 and it’s grown so much since then. The name Everbee is a mix of my two daughters, Everly and Bristol (who we call Bee). They are what pushes me through when I’m feeling overwhelmed. I focus on weddings and events instead of everyday arrangements though occasionally I have time and beautiful product to offer so I do.
One of the things I love the most or have been the most proud of is the community I’ve become a part of and helped grow here in the wedding vendor world of Southern Utah. I love the relationships I’ve made with Wedding planners, photographers, venue owners, bakers and caterers, party rental companies and especially my fellow FLORISTS!!! They all help push through busy wedding seasons, and keep the laughter coming!
I have been incredibly lucky to have attracted the most amazing couples to work with. They have allowed me creativity and have given me their trust to help make their wedding day special and full of flowers! Watching them continue to “do life” has been one of the best things about this job. Anniversaries, vacations, BABIES! I love it!
I hope to be flowering for this community until my hands stop working and mind stops dreaming of creative ways to showcase flowers.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As a creative mind type I am NOT super organized and that’s been a struggle to keep this business a BUSINESS instead of an expensive hobby. I wish I could do flowers for free but this is my business, I’m proud of that and it’s HARD WORK!
In my first wedding season I bought a three door flower cooler and I was so excited about it! It was in my garage and my husband built me a work bench. I remember coming home from my flower wholesaler with $2,000 dollars worth of flowers for the weddings I had that weekend and my brand new cooler wasn’t getting (or keeping) cool!
After a few tears my husband and I made a “cool room” out of our laundry room and we had flowers in our entire house, even on a table in our bedroom. We got through that weekend and that taught me I could be successful in this industry with the support of my family and drive to GET IT DONE!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I love working with unique flowers! I love building color palettes that sound to be too bold until you see the results and they blow people away! I love hearing from the family, the guests and especially the Brides that the flowers completely exceeded their expectations and were better than they ever dreamed.
I feel like I specialize in lush, bloom heavy designs and creating beautiful color palettes. I also would say I specialize in the “wildflower” or organic look.

Like I said in the beginning, I am so grateful for Amy who was my mentor and friend.
I’m thankful for my Southern Utah wedding vendor family and friends.
And I’m especially thankful for my family who have supported me by feeding me when I would forget to through the whole weekend otherwise, for giving me their Saturdays, their blood sweat and tears along with mine, and for reminding me when it’s feeling overwhelming just why I started doing this in the first place. Celebrating Love.
