Today we’d like to introduce you to Marley Grant.
Hi Marley, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I first got introduced to peptides out of pure necessity. I had a shoulder injury from high school that never fully healed, even after years of doing everything “right.” I was eating clean, training smart, taking the right supplements, doing physical therapy — all of it. But the pain never really went away. That’s what pushed me to start looking into alternative options, and that’s when I discovered peptides. The problem was, there were no trustworthy sources. I tried ordering some online once and ended up with a rash across my stomach — not exactly the “healing” experience I was going for.
That moment kind of flipped a switch for me. Over the next couple years, I dove deep into the research and started learning how fragmented and confusing this whole industry was. Eventually, I connected with a group that helped naturopathic doctors perform investigational treatments like stem cells under FDA-HHS–approved Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). I reached out to them, and they were excited to help us do the same thing — but with peptides. That’s how Nuri started: as a legitimate, clinically-led way for people to finally access these powerful compounds safely, with USA-made, purity-tested, and endotoxin-tested products.
Our mission has stayed the same since day one — to make reaching your wellness goals quickly and effectively possible through high-quality peptide therapies. For too long, these kinds of treatments have only been available to the elite or to people willing to risk their health with sketchy, unregulated options. Nuri bridges that gap, giving people access to real science, real medical guidance, and real results — without the danger or confusion.
The moment it clicked for me that we were building something special was when we started hearing back from our participants. Especially those in our Wolverine Recovery Program — people who had been dealing with pain for years suddenly getting back to lifting, hiking, surfing, playing with their kids or grandkids. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a product or a protocol. It was a chance to give people their lives back.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Starting Nuri took a lot of upfront capital — and debt. All three of us, the founders, had to dip deep into our personal savings and take on debt to get it off the ground. We were betting on the idea that these tools could genuinely help people heal and perform better, and that was a huge leap of faith.
Even though we’ve done everything by the book — getting under FDA-HHS–approved oversight and working with licensed clinicians — we’ve still had to fight against the stigma around peptides. Payment processors don’t want to touch the space. Ad platforms flag us constantly. Just getting basic business infrastructure in place has felt like climbing uphill.
But at the end of the day, every barrier reminds us why we started. Seeing the messages come in from people who finally got relief after years of pain or fatigue — that’s the fuel that keeps us moving forward. It’s been grueling, but it’s also been proof that we’re building something that actually matters.
As you know, we’re big fans of Nuri Clinic. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Nuri is a non-profit, research-backed health organization focused on making advanced peptide therapy safe, accessible, and effective for the everyday person. We specialize in creating complete, doctor-designed programs — not just single vials or generic protocols. Every program we offer is built around a specific goal, like recovery, weight management, performance, or longevity, and comes with medical oversight, proper supplies, and guidance to make sure participants get real results safely.
What sets us apart is that we’re doing things the right way in a space that’s been largely unregulated and confusing for years. Most peptides are still considered investigational, which is why we chose to operate under FDA-HHS–approved Institutional Review Board (IRB) oversight. That allows us to ethically and legally provide these compounds to the public while maintaining the highest standards of safety, transparency, and accountability. We only use USA-made, purity-tested, endotoxin-tested peptides — the same quality used in clinical research.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that we’ve built something people can trust. The peptide world has been full of hype, misinformation, and risk, and we’ve turned that into a legitimate path for people to take control of their health. We’re known for our Wolverine Recovery Program, which helps people heal from long-term injuries that traditional methods haven’t been able to fix. But at the core, what we really do is empower people to feel better, move better, and live fully again — all through cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies once reserved for the elite.
At Nuri, our goal isn’t just to sell a program. It’s to help shift the future of medicine — from reactive care to proactive healing — by giving people access to what actually works.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memories are all tied to being active with my friends. Whether it was organized sports like wrestling and football, or just skating around town and heading up to the mountains, I was always moving. I think that’s where my love for physical health really started — not from chasing aesthetics, but from how good it felt to move, compete, and push myself. That active lifestyle shaped a lot of who I am today and taught me early on that staying physically strong is directly tied to staying mentally strong.
Pricing:
- Most of our programs are 12-14 week protocols, and cost around $1,500. We work with affirm, klarna and afterpay to provide interest free payment plans.
