Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriel Alonso.
Hi Gabriel, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Last year I decided it was finally time to start a company. Like most founders, my early ideas were all over the map: junk-hauling franchises, street-food stalls, even a few “fancy” SaaS concepts that sounded brilliant at 2 a.m.
Then I asked the question that changed everything:
“Why not build AI chatbots and agents?”
I have nearly a decade of hands-on software development experience, so the idea made sense — but honestly? It terrified me at first. The AI landscape felt enormous and intimidating.
That didn’t stop me. For the next six months I went all in: studying the latest models, prototyping day and night, breaking things, fixing them, and slowly turning confusion into confidence.
Today, I’m proud to say I’m live and helping businesses grow with practical, revenue-focused AI solutions, including:
Voice AI Agents that sound and think like real team members
Custom chatbots that convert visitors 24/7
Smart automations (quote generators, lead qualifiers, full sales-pipeline orchestration, etc.)
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all — especially at the start, I was totally lost. I’d never owned a business, had zero sales experience, and was just an introverted nerd staring at the giant world of AI, wondering: quote generators? Chatbots? Voice agents? Where do I even focus?
The hardest part (still is) was discovery calls. Jumping on Zoom with strangers and trying to sell felt impossible at first. I bombed plenty of them — awkward silences, zero chemistry, you name it.
But every failed call made me better. I’m learning fast, getting sharper every week.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I didn’t begin my career in tech. I started out washing dishes and cooking Japanese food in a busy restaurant kitchen. It was loud, chaotic, and fast—but it taught me something important: if the system is messy, everyone suffers. If the system flows, everyone works better.
That idea stayed with me.
Over the next ten years, I became a game developer. I built entire worlds, designed complex systems, and released two games on Steam. Game development forces you to think like an engineer and an artist at the same time—it’s all problem-solving, structure, and creativity. And without realizing it, that decade trained me to understand how systems work, how they break, and how to make them run smoothly.
Today, my work is all about bringing that same systems thinking into real businesses.
I build AI-powered workflows that help companies reduce repetitive work—things like following up with leads, organizing customer information, sending onboarding messages, or preparing proposals. Instead of employees spending hours doing these tasks manually, the systems I build do them automatically in the background.
A lot of my clients tell me the same thing: “It feels like we finally have breathing room.” That’s the goal. To remove the invisible stress that slows people down.
What sets me apart is that I haven’t spent my life only in tech. I’ve worked in kitchens, logistics, finance, customer support, and game development. I know what it feels like to be inside a process that doesn’t work. And I bring that lived experience into everything I build today.
In the end, my work is simple: I help businesses run smoother. Whether it’s a restaurant kitchen or a company powered by AI, the principle is the same—when the systems flow, the people behind them finally get the chance to do their best work.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Spending time with my fiancée and family, that is 100%! I love gaming and spending time with them, or watching movie and shows, going out eating a good cheeseburguer in a nice place or working out with my fiancée.
I’m more of a introvert and home person, and when it comes to the nightlife I prefer just to stay home reading a good book, also talking to God every night is important.
