Life & Work with Kristen Fuller of Heber City

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristen Fuller.

Kristen, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our story began almost 2 years ago when Crystal Miller and Kristen Fuller became the new owners of Wasatch wellness. At that time, it primarily functioned as a general primary care office run by an all-women provider team, with an emphasis on care that went beyond traditional medical approaches.

Over time, the clinic naturally grew into a more comprehensive hub for women’s wellness. Together, we expanded on the original vision and introduced Wasatch Wellness featuring **The Pink Remodel**. This evolution came from a clear and growing need: many women were seeking services and support that didn’t fit neatly within conventional medicine or insurance-based models.

Our response was to create a space that honors the full range of women’s health needs—physical, emotional, and hormonal. Today, Wasatch Wellness offers a broad spectrum of services including hormone therapy, nutritional support, weight management, and aesthetic treatments such as Botox, microneedling, and laser procedures. We also continue to provide essential primary care services like cancer screenings, allergy management, and birth control.

Our goal is simple: women shouldn’t have to choose between holistic care and traditional care. At Wasatch Wellness, they can access both under one roof.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of the biggest hurdles was stepping into a business that already had its own systems, habits, and culture. Nothing was wrong, just different, and introducing change wasn’t always welcomed at first. We had to earn trust, move slowly, and help the team understand *why* things needed to shift.

We also had to balance our excitement and all our big ideas with the reality of what the clinic could handle. Before we could build anything new, we had to create structure—processes, workflows, and systems that could support growth without chaos.

And of course, sorting through inherited software, operations, and workflows was its own adventure.

But each challenge pushed us to become more intentional. Those early bumps helped us create a stronger foundation and a clinic that truly functions the way we envisioned.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
A huge strength during this transition was the balance between Crystal’s and my backgrounds. Crystal’s expertise in women’s health and her holistic mindset pushes us to think creatively and constantly explore new treatments that genuinely improve women’s lives—especially in areas like sexual intimacy and menopause, where care is often overlooked. She stays educated, keeps up with continuing training, and is always looking for ways to make high-quality treatments accessible and affordable, even for cash-pay patients.

My background (Kristen Fuller) in dietetics and business has made us a bit of a dynamic duo. I’ve taken on operations and marketing with the goal of clearly communicating who we are at our core and creating systems that reflect those values. The nutrition side supports our patients as they navigate hormone changes, weight shifts, and lifestyle habits that influence their overall wellness.
