Hi Colton, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started metal fabrication at the age of 14 in my dad’s shop in Heber city Utah, over the course of 12 years I spend numerous hours of time and dedication to make sure everything I built was a work of art, I believe it is possible to have perfection with the right implementation
Very hard work and dedication, accepting failure and rerouting it to a problem solved took me to where I am today.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No road is ever smooth it just depends on what type of motivation and determination you have to get where you want to be, falling over is all a part of the game how you stand up is matters.
