Meet Errin & Ashley — The Sisters Behind Sanctuary Holistic Wellness
Errin began her journey in 2017, working one-on-one with clients to support deep healing of the mind, body, and spirit. With a unique blend of energy work, parasite and heavy metal cleansing, and nutritional guidance, she quickly became a trusted guide for those seeking true transformation and freedom from chronic issues.
In 2020, Errin’s work became even more personal when her sister, Ashley, began experiencing her own health challenges. Through Errin’s care and holistic approach, Ashley found healing — and a renewed sense of purpose. From that moment on, the two sisters knew they were meant to walk this path together.
Together, they co-created the At-Home Detox Kit, making their powerful healing protocols accessible to those who couldn’t visit in person. What began as a personal healing journey has since grown into a shared mission to empower others to cleanse, reconnect, and awaken their light.
Now, through Sanctuary Holistic Wellness, Errin and Ashley offer tools, teachings, and support to help others release what no longer serves them and return to the truth of who they are.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all—and that’s part of the beauty of the journey. We began very small, working purely by word of mouth, with just one colonic bed in a tiny room. For three years, we quietly served clients who found us through trust, referrals, and lived experience. Then in February of 2024, everything changed. One of our in-person clients shared her cleansing journey online, and almost overnight, we went viral. With little formal business experience, we suddenly found ourselves learning how to run and scale a full-time wellness business in real time—truly flying the plane while building it.
The challenges were real: rapid growth, constant learning curves, and the responsibility that comes with serving so many people at once. But through every challenge, we felt deeply guided. Whenever we needed support, the right people appeared. What’s most special is that our team organically formed from those who had experienced our cleanse and offerings firsthand. Their lives were genuinely impacted, and they felt called to be part of the mission. That shared lived experience created a powerful, heart-aligned team rooted in integrity, compassion, and purpose.
While the road hasn’t been smooth, it has been profoundly meaningful. We’ve learned countless lessons, navigated growing pains, and stretched beyond what we thought possible—but we’ve always felt divinely supported. This cleanse and detox is far bigger than us; it’s inspired work. We’ve held unwavering faith that if we continue to align with our hearts and our vision of helping others find their light, everything would unfold exactly as it’s meant to. And time and time again, that has proven true.
We’ve been impressed with The Sanctuary Holistic Wellness, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sanctuary Holistic Wellness is a holistic detox and healing center devoted to helping people release on both a physical and emotional level. At the heart of what we do is our Ten-Day Detox, which serves as a foundational guide for deep healing—supporting the body at a cellular level while creating space for emotional and energetic release. We believe true healing is not just about removing toxins from the body, but about addressing the emotional “dis-ease” that often lives beneath physical symptoms.

What makes you happy?
What makes us happiest is witnessing transformation. Reading and hearing our clients’ testimonials—both online and in person—fills our hearts in a way that’s hard to put into words. When you serve someone and help them reconnect to their light, their power, and their body’s ability to heal, there is truly nothing more rewarding. Seeing someone finally feel relief, hope, and clarity after years of struggle is profoundly moving and deeply affirming.
We’re also incredibly grateful for the ability to now help people on a global scale. Being able to reach and support individuals internationally has expanded our mission beyond anything we once imagined, and that expansion brings us immense joy and inspiration.
Above all, what makes us happy is our beautiful team and the business we’ve built together. It’s a collective creation rooted in heart, purpose, and shared values. Getting to grow, serve, and help so many people along the way is not only our greatest joy—it’s our greatest honor.
