We started with purchasing kamas storage in 2003. it contained about 260 rentable units including outside RV spaces. in 2025 kamas storage has expanded to 602 rentable units including Rv spaces.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Government approvals for expansion takes a lot of time, sometimes years. it can be a difficult path, with the requirements for approvals changing mid-process. business is also determined by economy and weather. lighter winters mean less need for storage. harder economy means less budget for storage which is usually ( but not always) a convenience rather than a necessity
