Today we’d like to introduce you to Delgermaa Enkhbaatar.
Hi Delgermaa, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Royal Suits was founded in 2024 and opened its first location in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The idea grew from both family experience and a real, everyday problem we saw in the community.
My mother-in-law spent over 15 years in the men’s suit industry, working in San Francisco, where high standards for fit, fabric, and craftsmanship are expected. Through her experience, we saw how much difference proper tailoring and quality materials make—not just in appearance, but in confidence.
After moving to Utah, my husband often mentioned how uncomfortable many suits felt, especially when worn for long hours at church or formal events. We realized there was a gap in the market: men wanted suits that looked refined, felt comfortable, and didn’t require paying luxury-level prices.
That became our mission. At Royal Suits, we provide Utah residents with high-quality fabrics, timeless designs, and European-style fits at an affordable price point. Our off-the-rack suits are made with the same premium wool fabrics you would expect in bespoke suits, and we include free custom tailoring with every purchase—something that is usually considered a luxury add-on.
More than anything, Royal Suits is about confidence. When a suit fits properly and feels comfortable, it changes how a man carries himself. We’re striving to help our customers feel confident, polished, and comfortable—whether it’s for church, work, weddings, or life’s most important moments.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road hasn’t been easy. One of our biggest challenges has been getting our store known within the community. As a new business, awareness doesn’t happen overnight.
We actively use social media and marketing to share our story and showcase our suits, but reaching the right audience takes time. Building recognition and trust—especially in a market where customers want to see, feel, and try on a suit—requires patience and consistency.
That said, every customer who walks through our doors, every referral, and every positive experience helps us grow. We’ve learned that success isn’t always immediate, but steady effort and staying true to our mission is what ultimately build a strong brand.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Royal Suits?
Royal Suits is a men’s suit boutique founded in 2024, with our first location in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We specialize in high-quality men’s suits that combine premium fabrics, timeless design, and proper fit—without the intimidating luxury price tag.
What we do best is bridge the gap between bespoke quality and off-the-rack convenience. Our suits are made from premium Italian and British wool fabrics and designed with a modern European fit. What truly sets us apart is that every suit includes free custom tailoring. Fit is everything when it comes to confidence, and we believe tailoring should not be a luxury add-on—it should be standard.
We are known for making men feel comfortable and confident in their suits, whether they’re wearing them to church, work, weddings, or other important life events. Many of our customers tell us they’ve never had a suit fit this well before, and that’s something we take a lot of pride in.
Brand-wise, what we’re most proud of is our commitment to quality, honesty, and service. We don’t rush customers, we educate them, and we focus on long-term relationships rather than one-time sales. Royal Suits is a family-driven business, and that care shows in how we treat every client who walks through our doors. We strive for customer satisfaction and to serve the community.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
First and foremost, The Book of Mormon and The Bible give me perspective and hope. They remind me to trust in God while also doing my part through hard work, integrity, and service. That balance is something I try to carry into both my personal life and Royal Suits.
I also listen to The Joe Dispenza Podcast, which encourages living in the present moment and believing in what you’re capable of creating. It’s been helpful in staying focused, positive, and intentional—especially during challenging seasons of business.
From a growth and mindset standpoint, Outliers really resonated with me. The idea that mastery and success come from consistent effort and repetition—often described as putting in the 10,000 hours—reinforces the value of discipline and long-term commitment.
Another influential book for me is The Element, which emphasizes finding where your natural talents and passions meet. That idea has shaped how I think about both personal fulfillment and building a business that aligns with purpose.
