Chace, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Top Shot Dixie Academy was founded after long prayers during Covid lockdowns. As a private Chef, everything crashed.
Following that, I put in the work to start a personal protection/survival academy. I’ve always been the type of person who wants to have a sustainable lifestyle where me and my family provide mostly for ourselves.
Found all of the proper training to be certified in Firearms training, opened an LLC, and here we are.
Now we have an FFL to procure what is needed for a variety of enthusiasts to enjoy. Twisted Horn Guns & Ammo where we specialize in precision load development.
Also the volunteer Events Coordinator of Red Cliffs Range and CRSO. Just a strong desire to strengthen my community.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It is one of the hardest areas to open a business in my opinion. From being denied merchant accounts, to regulations with social marketing.
Basically every single thing you can’t do yourself is up for scrutiny. Everyone seems to be against Firearms these days.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
While I am a business owner, most of my skills lean toward content and marketing creation.
Top Shot Dixie has seen a lot of transformation and affiliate marketing with a variety of companies.
We provide private (which is the most common and effective) training as well as group training periodically.
I do everything firearms these days, full focus.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My desert adventures on my grandfathers land. Just wandering around with my rifle and finding treasures.
