Hi Tanya, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Tanya Henderson. I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 34 years. Back in 2012 when I started Onsite massage I was looking for a way to geo my business with other therapists working for me and I really enjoyed going into businesses and doing the chair massages. From there Onsite Corporate Massage was born. We love relaxing all the offices out there. There is such a need for stress relief when people are sitting at desks all day. It’s so hard in the neck, back and posture.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road. Lots of learning an ups and downs of growing a business. Some of my struggles are correct software, funding and keeping amazing licensed massage therapists that are professional and clean. But we are now doing a great job and our customers love us.
