Today we’d like to introduce you to Jared & Jordana Proctor.
Hi Jared & Jordana, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When my husband and I first got married, I started working in real estate because I grew up around it. My dad was a real estate broker, and I wanted to help support our family. At the time, Jared owned a construction business and worked as a general contractor.
As our family grew and we had young kids at home, we realized it was hard to manage two businesses at once. We decided to put all our focus into real estate, and we have never looked back.
We love what real estate has done for our family through our own homes, rental properties, and investments. One of our favorite things is helping others learn how they can get started in real estate too.
We work hard to treat every client with care, whether they are buying their first home or they are experienced investors. We want to help people make smart decisions with one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
We also love working together as a team and using our different strengths to best serve our clients.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been struggles along the way as we have found out what are our individual strengths and weaknesses are. The beauty has been that Jared and I compliment each other and we’re able to help bring a balanced approach to our clients. We are still a work in progress but we are totally committed to bringing the most value to our clients
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are real estate consultants, we primarily focus on residential real estate but we have also helped clients with new construction, land deals, commercial properties, property management and more. What sets us apart from others in our field is the experience we bring to a wide variety of the communities real estate needs, Jared’s construction experience has helped countless families by helping them find quality homes and know what issues with their homes are worth fixing or finding another option. We seek to continue to provide value to our clients long after they close with us, other realtors pay for billboards or ads we put our marketing budget right back into the people that have already trusted us with their business, through events, spring cleaning, and more
Any big plans?
We have plans to bring on a couple more team members as our business grows so that we can focus more on what we do best and make sure that the experience that our clients have with our business has the highest value at every opportunity.
