Daily Inspiration: Meet Hollie Choules

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hollie Choules.

Hi Hollie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always believed that home is more than a place. Home is where the routines, traditions, and everyday moments that shape our lives happen. That belief eventually became Seven Sixty Home.
Like many small business owners, my path wasn’t a straight line. I spent years developing my eye for interiors while balancing family life, freelancing in the design industry, and learning what it truly takes to build a business from the ground up. Along the way, I realized there was room for a different kind of design resource, one that made beautiful, thoughtfully curated homes feel attainable rather than intimidating.
Today, I create shoppable room designs, digital decorating guides, and curated collections that help people confidently furnish and style their homes. Whether someone is refreshing a single corner or designing an entire room, my goal is to simplify the process while helping them create spaces that feel timeless, personal, and lived in.
At its core, Seven Sixty Home exists because I believe designing home is designing life. Every room tells a story, and I love helping people create homes that support the life they want to live.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not! One of the biggest challenges has been building a business while raising a large family. Like many entrepreneurs, I haven’t had the luxury of working uninterrupted for eight hours a day. My business has grown in the margins of everyday life; during nap times, early mornings, evenings, and the small pockets of time I could carve out between family responsibilities.
Another challenge has been learning to trust consistency over overnight success. In the world of content creation, it’s easy to focus on daily analytics or compare your progress to that of someone else. I’ve had to remind myself that meaningful businesses are built over time. Every guide published, every room designed, every collection curated, and every customer served adds another brick to the foundation.
That perspective has shaped the way I approach both my work and my clients. I believe beautiful homes don’t have to come together all at once, and successful businesses don’t either. Thoughtful, consistent progress has proven far more valuable than chasing quick wins.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Through Seven Sixty Home, I create thoughtfully curated interior design resources that help people build beautiful, functional homes with confidence. My work includes shoppable room designs, digital decorating guides, color palettes, and carefully curated product collections that make home design feel more approachable.
I believe good design should be both timeless and attainable. Rather than chasing trends, I focus on creating spaces that feel collected, personal, and designed to be lived in. Whether someone is furnishing an entire room or simply searching for the right rug or paint color, my goal is to simplify the decision-making process and help them create a home they truly love.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My husband deserves a tremendous amount of credit. Building a business while raising a large family is very much a team effort, and his encouragement has made it possible for me to continue growing Seven Sixty Home. I’m also grateful to my family, friends, and the community that has supported my work from the beginning. Every customer who has trusted my recommendations, purchased one of my guides, or shared my work has played a part in helping this business grow.
