Community Highlights: Meet Oksana And Greyson Geiler of Argo Vacations

Today we’d like to introduce you to Oksana And Greyson Geiler.

Hi Oksana and Greyson , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Our Story:
Our journey into the short-term rental business began during one of the most challenging times — the COVID era. We were spending more time outdoors and traveling to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah, enjoying the fresh air, beautiful landscapes, and peaceful surroundings away from Arizona.
Inspired by the example of our close family friend, Phil, who had successfully built a short-term rental business, we began to see the potential of creating something similar — a way to share these incredible places with others while building a meaningful family business.
What started as one property quickly became a passion. We discovered how much we enjoyed creating welcoming spaces, helping families make memories, and sharing the experiences that we loved so much.
As our family grew and our interests expanded, so did our vision. We added properties that reflected the adventures we enjoy most — hiking, skiing, fishing, and exploring new destinations. This led us to expand into ski properties in Northern Utah and oceanfront properties in Rocky Point, Sonora, Mexico.
Today, we are grateful to own five properties that provide families with unforgettable experiences. We are also honored to help our friends manage their vacation homes in Mexico and Arizona.
This journey has been a blessing, and we are thankful for every guest, friend, and partner who has supported us along the way. Our hope is to continue creating places where people can reconnect, explore, and make memories that last a lifetime.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Challenges Along the Journey
Building a short-term rental business has been a rewarding journey, but it has also come with many challenges and valuable lessons.
Our Zion property introduced us to the realities of mountain property management, including heavy snowfall, snow removal, and finding reliable local support. Expanding into Eden and Northern Utah brought additional challenges with significant snowfall, ongoing maintenance, and low water levels in Pineview Reservoir.
Our Rocky Point, Sonora, Mexico properties have brought their own unique experiences, including the impact of Hurricane Kay in 2022, as well as ongoing challenges with trash disposal, water availability, and ocean moisture affecting beachfront properties.
Through every challenge, we have been reminded that this journey would not be possible without the incredible staff and local partners who help care for our properties and support our guests every day. We are truly grateful for their dedication, hard work, and commitment.
Every obstacle has been an opportunity to learn, improve, and continue creating meaningful experiences for the families who stay with us.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Argo Vacations?
About Us
We are ARGO Vacations, a family-owned business built around our love for travel, adventure, and creating memorable experiences for others. Whether it’s hiking through the mountains, skiing fresh powder, diving in the ocean, or discovering new destinations, we believe some of life’s best memories are made while traveling together.
We are also the proud parents of two energetic daughters who keep us on the go every day. As a family, we love weekend road trips and traveling whenever we have the opportunity, and we hope our properties help other families create lasting memories of their own.
Outside of ARGO Vacations, Oksana is a Realtor with Keller Williams, and Greyson manages a gold investment fund. As business owners, we understand the importance of hard work, service, and being available when our clients need us. We enjoy helping others buy and sell real estate, build short-term rental businesses, and explore investment opportunities.
