Rising Stars: Meet MINDY HAMILTON

Today we’d like to introduce you to MINDY HAMILTON.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey with BONDED Jewelry began in 2022, when I entered the permanent jewelry industry as a territory license owner for Las Vegas and the Monterey/Carmel area. I was immediately drawn to the concept because it was about so much more than jewelry—it was about connection, experiences and giving people a way to commemorate the relationships and moments that matter to them.

Over the next several years, I worked hands-on in the business, bonding thousands of clients, building teams, developing corporate and private event relationships and learning every aspect of the permanent jewelry industry. I saw firsthand what worked, what could be improved and how much potential there was to build BONDED into something much bigger.

In June 2025, I took the leap and purchased the national BONDED Jewelry brand, originally established in 2019. Since then, my focus has been on elevating the brand through premium jewelry, advanced welding technology, strong training and quality-control standards, beautiful studio experiences and a much larger emphasis on private and corporate events.

Today, we’re expanding BONDED nationwide through local license owners, or as we affectionately call them, BONDED Bosses. I’m especially excited about our growth in Utah and the opportunity to bring the BONDED experience back to the community there.

What I love most is that even as we’re growing nationally, the heart of BONDED hasn’t changed. We’re not simply putting bracelets on wrists—we’re creating connections and memories people get to carry with them. That’s what drew me to BONDED in the beginning, and it’s still what drives me today.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think that’s true of most businesses that are genuinely growing. When I purchased the national BONDED brand in 2025, I wasn’t simply taking over a name—I was taking responsibility for its future. That meant evaluating everything from our systems and training to product quality, technology, marketing and the overall client experience, then deciding where we needed to evolve.

One of the biggest challenges has been learning how to scale while still protecting what makes BONDED special. It’s relatively easy to create a great experience when you’re personally involved in every appointment; it’s much harder to make sure that same level of quality and care is delivered consistently as you add locations, license owners and team members across different markets.

There have also been all of the normal realities of entrepreneurship—taking financial risks, making difficult decisions, navigating slow seasons, learning from things that didn’t work and continually adapting in an industry that has changed tremendously since BONDED was established in 2019.

But those challenges have made the brand stronger. I’ve learned that growth isn’t about never making mistakes; it’s about being willing to recognize them, adjust quickly and keep moving forward. I’m incredibly proud that BONDED today is being built with stronger systems, premium products, better technology and a community of entrepreneurs who don’t have to navigate the journey alone.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
BONDED Jewelry specializes in elevated permanent jewelry and experiential jewelry activations. We create custom-fit, clasp-less pieces using sterling silver, 14K gold-filled and solid gold chains, but what we’re really known for is the experience surrounding the jewelry.

Quality is incredibly important to us. We use premium chains sourced from trusted jewelry wholesalers, professional German welding technology, argon purging and detailed quality-control standards. We’ve worked hard to create an experience that feels more like visiting a fine jewelry store than simply getting a bracelet welded onto your wrist.

We’re also known for our private and corporate events. BONDED can create intimate experiences for a handful of people or scale for large corporate activations, conferences, weddings and luxury events. We’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible companies and properties including Four Seasons Las Vegas, ARIA, MGM Resorts, Wynn Las Vegas, The Venetian, Lexus, Toyota and Pebble Beach Company, to name a few. We’re also fortunate to have celebrities, high-profile individuals and affluent private clients who choose to work with us time and time again.

What sets BONDED apart, though, is our attention to detail and genuine hospitality. I never want someone to feel like they are simply another wrist in line. Whether we’re serving one person in the studio or hundreds at an event, we want each guest to feel individually cared for.

What I’m most proud of is how much BONDED has grown without losing that heart. We’re building a national brand and giving other entrepreneurs the opportunity to build businesses in their own communities, while maintaining the quality, standards and experience that our clients have come to expect.

At the end of the day, permanent jewelry is what we do, but connection is what we specialize in.
