Hi Paige, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
My partner and I have daughters that have danced together for years. We always felt like they were capable and deserving of so much more in the dance world. We wanted to bring professional dance instructors into a studio and give these kids the best there is. With the support and hard work of our husbands, we made it happen! We want to bring the best of the best to Layton!! We hire professionals to teach our students and we offer Master Classes with professional dancers open to the community! Anyone can take them! We have had a blast and such great feedback in the few months we have been open and only hope to keep it going and grow!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it’s hasn’t been easy. We had to do all of the physical work ourselves and we definitely had some drama along the way, but we keep our heads up and push on and we are living every bit of it!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Like I said before, we wanted to give these students every opportunity possible to have the best of the best! We have real professional dancers that we have hired to teach these kids everything they need to know. Not just dance skills, life skills, communication skills. We are so lucky to have them and our students are thriving!
