Today we’d like to introduce you to Brynn and Jed Jensen.
Brynn and Jed, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My wife Brynn and I met in high school 5 years ago. We were married last year during covid and decided quickly after, that we both wanted to open up a business. With my wife already working in the industry, we felt like a hair salon was the right fit.
We then proceeded to find the perfect space and after approximately a month of renovations, supply orders, and construction, we were able to open up our dream business.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Surprisingly, we have really loved all parts of our first year in business. Other than the typical bumps of owning a small business, everything has exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled to see where the salon can continue to grow.

We own The Salon Be here in St. George. We are located at 915 S Main Street. We both are extremely proud of what we have grown the salon to be and we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality experience for every one of our clients.
We know that we would not be where we are today without all of the amazing clients that we interact with every day.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk-taking?
My wife and I love living an exciting life. Because of this, I would say that we tend to take risks whether it be in our personal lives or our work experiences. Overall, while the salon was a big risk, we can definitely say it was one of the best decisions of our lives.
