Hi Erica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
DDF started in 2019 as a fun dance fitness class that teaches sexy choreography and confidence in a high-energy cardio class.
We offer in-person, online, and private classes.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Covid was a big challenge for us to host in-person classes, so we pivoted to recording DDF on-demand classes with the same director who’s done the Imagine Dragons music videos!
It’s easy to take a DDF class anywhere you have wi-fi.
