Today we’d like to introduce you to Astrid Iglesias.
Hi Astrid, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
This dream began in México 10 years ago, when I decided to study Interior & Landscape Design.
I remember myself always drawing houses in the back of books. I discovered through my thesis, that I was in love with hospitality and commercial design, so I decided to travel to Barcelona, Spain, and study for a Master’s degree in Interior design for hotels, bars, and restaurants.
An amazing experience for a whole year. Covid happened, and I discover that e-design was an amazing alternative to keep working and exploring design so I worked remotely until this year 2022 when I decided to materialize my dreams: My own interior design studio.
I’ve collaborated with dreamed design firms and outstanding designers which I’m grateful, and I’ll always be. Now is the time for me to start creating experiences through spaces.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a smooth but not easy road. Design can be so subjective, that sometimes people can underrate its power. I think the design culture evolved and I noticed how people start caring more and more.
Somehow with the pandemic, people had to stay a lot of time at home and discover they should have a more pleasant space to spend their time; and the impact that a good design has on their everyday.
Same with the commercial design… we want a space to tell a story and make us live a whole experience through it… and that’s what I’m here for!

We are an interior design firm with experience in Residential, Commercial, and hospitality design.
We believe in narrative. A great design should always tell a story. Starting our designs from emotions and sensations, we create the perfect synergy between function and esthetic. The result: Unique spaces with a lot of personalities.

I like to call it blessings. I do believe I’ve been surrounded by a lot of them through amazing opportunities, collaborations, and experiences!
