Today we’d like to introduce you to KJ Hawkins III.
Hi KJ, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had a love for people and also loved looking at houses, even when I was comfortable in my own home I’d always be checking out what was on the housing market.
I’d even let my friends know if I saw a house that would be awesome for them! Little did I know that I was selling homes without even realizing it!
I had a great FT job, then COVID came out of nowhere, and like a lot of us, I found myself spending a lot of time at home. My wife was working as a Realtor Assistant, and she kept saying how successful her boss was, that got me thinking and us (my wife and I) talking and before you know it I was taking online classes to start my new career.
I’ve loved it ever since!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I would say that it’s been a really fun adventure!
I’ve helped a great number of people in making their dreams come true! Some of my struggles have been my own mindset. The saying “I’m my own worst enemy” is 100% accurate when it comes to running your own business.
But I remind myself that it’s all worth it, and I’m growing every single day.

As. Realtor, I get you to choose which broker I hang my license at, I chose Exit Realty Advantage in North Ogden because of the amazing family environment.
Our focus is truly helping and serving our clients. I take pride in that I treat all those who need me like family. I want those who are in need of ANY real estate transaction to know that you can depend on exit!
My client’s housing dreams are what motivates me, not the numbers.
