Hi Nancy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We are a family-owned business that started selling Birria Tacos out of our 7×14 small food trailer in January 2020, we got very blessed from day one with lots of customers and were able to buy a bigger food truck 6 months after opening.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the struggles we went thru were heated the food trucks were crazy hot and just learning the food business every day is a learning experience!
As you know, we’re big fans of Red Tacos. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We only sell Birria De Res estilo Jalisco We have a cool menu from ramen to a pizzadilla and our famous Quesotacos! We also have yummy micheladas and beer
