Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeramey Brady.
Hi Jeramey, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
During the 80s, my grandfather had the opportunity to manufacture various items and sell them via the Sundance Catalog. This business is now in its third generation, and has been a great blessing to our family, I have personally been one of the owners for the last 4 years and have the greatest partners I could ask for, this includes my amazing Wife Jennifer, Sister Jerica and her Husband Jake. During this time, I continued to work a 9-5 job. With our success, we decided to branch out and purchased Lily the Clean Queen, I have been overseeing it since the beginning of the year.
Lily, the founder, started the business in 2014 and gave us a good foundation to work with, since the acquisition, we have been aggressively marketing and have continued to gain new clients and grow the business.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We purchased a business knowing that we had a lot of challenges that we would need to overcome. We took ownership on January 1, 2022 at a time when there are employee shortages and a lot of economic uncertainty. We immediately gave raises and treat our employees better than most other cleaning companies. This allows us to be particular about who we hire and always have a list of potential new employees.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Lily the Clean Queen is unique in that we focus on flat rate pricing. Our goal is to get as much done as possible, while staying within your budget.
We use all-natural cleaners and offer both quick and deep cleans as well as Move in/out cleanings.
Most of our days are filled up with our fantastic repeat clients, but we always have gaps to fit new customers and handle the random moveing or deep clean. We manage to keep our schedule reasonably full, but will always do our best to make room for someone new. We are willing to keep people on a cancellation list if we cant meet their schedule at the time of booking and often find a way to take care of them.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We are always looking for new clients, and projects. We handle vacation rentals, offices and homes ranging from small apartments up to 10,000+sqft. We have clients that book multiple times a week and some that only use us once a year. Let us know what we can do to serve you and we promise to do our best!
