Rising Stars: Meet Paige Bingham

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Bingham.

Hi Paige, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur I was a stay-at-home mom with a housecleaning business which I did to be able to not miss a moment with my kids. I gave up the traditional job paycheck which also meant I had to give up other things. I will always say that we were blessed because our basic needs were always met but the struggle of paycheck-to-paycheck living, juggling bills, one vacation a year, and many sleepless nights over worry was real. I started my first NM company in 2014. I was there for 3 years and did well at first but because of the model I hit a brick wall and my business started sliding backward and the financial pressure, I knew all too well started to resurface. In December 2016, a defining moment happened in our lives. We came home from church one Sunday and 10 minutes later, my healthy husband with no medical issues, hit the tile floor in our kitchen. It was the most terrifying moment in my life. Long story short, after an ambulance ride to the hospital we were told he had a freak issue with the electrical parts of his heart and that he would need a pacemaker. Our lives changed forever. He came home from the hospital a few days before Christmas and having him with us was the best Christmas gift we could have ever received. However, the financial pressure was really setting in now, my crumbling business, now medical bills and time off work. I knew I had to make a change. That moment opened my eyes to how small I was living. To how I was settling for this life when I knew I was made for more. Our dreams were worthy. And now more than ever time freedom became something I chased because I wanted us to be able to spend whatever time God allows us, living a life we love. Traveling, Having long weekends at our lake house. Having more experience. Making more memories.

I got a call on December 27th from a dear friend introducing me to a new opportunity. My first thought was I couldn’t start over. I prayed about it and realized it was quite possibly the new door God was placing in front of me. I walked away from my former company and started a new entrepreneurial journey on Jan 2, 2017.

I had a strong desire to change our lives and our future. I was still not the most experienced person but what I did have was a burning desire and hustle. I became a sponge and soaked up all I could from those around me who were where I wanted to be. I showed up. I stayed up late. I got up early. I set my excuses to the side and knew it was up to me and that I was capable and worthy.

In 15 months I reached Elite rank and our lives were in a different place. I was earning more than I had ever earned in over 40 years of my life. And I was doing it with all the time and location freedom I craved. I had built a large team and customer base and became the leader I didn’t know I could be.

That was almost 6 years ago and my passion has grown stronger and stronger for helping the person I used to be. I want others to be courageous, to be relentless in pursuing the life they dream about. I want them to believe in what they are truly capable of. I want them to stop settling for living a life full of so much pressure and stress. I want them to create freedom for themselves, a stronger marriage, more happiness, more memories. I want them to be empowered and proud of themselves.

My name is Paige Bingham and I help women to create more happiness and fulfillment so that they can live a life they don’t need to escape from.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Nothing worth having comes easy. I had a mentor tell me once that if you do what’s easy, your life will be hard, but if you do what’s hard, your life will be easy.

I chose to do the hard things. Being in the struggle was hard. Being successful is hard. I just picked my hard.

I doubted myself. Was I smart enough (only HS graduate, no college). Was I capable? What would others think of me?

I had days I wanted to quit. I would dig hard into personal development to build up my mindset and build up more armor so that those times because less and less.

I learned that it’s a process and you can’t cheat the process. I had to grow myself to become the person worthy of running a multi-million dollar business.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a mentor to women. I help women to create more fulfillment and happiness so that they can live a life they don’t have to escape from.

I am known for my leadership, my commitment to myself and others, my passion for helping others change their life.

I am most proud of the person I have become. From a shy, timid person with low self-confidence to a budding entrepreneur with confidence, conviction, and belief in myself and lead a successful business that I built.

What sets me apart….well, I would say the biggest thing is my ability to relate with others, My ability to have those tough conversations that truly dig down deep to what a person truly wants for their life. My ability to live on and pour into others in the most genuine and authentic way.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Mindset without a doubt. Our mind is so powerful and the thoughts we think or what we feed into our minds daily matters. You have to see where you want to be before you can get there. You have to feel it with all the emotions of what it will feel like. You have to get good at visualization.
