Hi! My name is Morgan Cruz. I’ve been a registered nurse since 2014 and I love my profession. Growing up, I was surrounded by nurses in my family. My mom and aunts motivated me from a young age to become a nurse, and I did by the age of 20. I have previous experience with oncology, wound care, home health, case management, and psychiatry nursing.
I’ve enjoyed every one of those fields but I have found a new passion and modern way of nursing with Modwella.

Since becoming a nurse at such a young age, I have felt like I had a lot to prove to the people around me. I have learned if you know something, speaks up, and if you don’t, ask questions. The world of medicine is always changing but health and wellness nearly remain the same.
IV therapy is the most effective way to receive the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants our body needs. Hydration, preventative care, lab testing, weight loss, and looking and feeling younger all contribute to our physical and mental well-being. Because of our stellar services and amazing team, there is nothing left to prove.

Modwella is a professional, mobile wellness company offering IVs, Botox, labs, weight loss services and teeth whitening. I come to your home, work, or any location you request in the northern Utah area! I provide a personable experience by discussing your health and wellness goals with our menu options, giving pricing details, suggesting services, obtaining vital signs, and offering a phone call from our medical director who can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
If you choose my IV services, I provide a quick and smooth process to get you feeling revived asap.
If you choose my LAB services, I obtain blood samples and directly send them off to Lab Corp after our visit.When your results are ready, you will receive an encrypted email and paper copy mailed, along with a call from our medical provider to discuss your results.
If you choose my SPA services I will offer you Jeuveau or Dysport, discuss your areas of concern with a mirror, suggest the number of units in each area, give pricing details, face map to prevent unwanted effects, send mapping to our aesthetic medical director, discuss any questions or changes with her, then inject. Full effect results within 7-14 days.
If you choose my FIT services I would discuss what program you want, obtains labs if needed, mail the medication directly to you, come to your location after the medication is delivered, educate you on dosing and injection administration, have a review call with our medical director and inject the medication. You then have my team and me as a resource during the 7-10 week period for any questions or concerns.
I am mostly available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. I offer group discounts for IV and SPA services, I also will provide after-hour visits with an extra fee. Needless to say, any service you choose you will be in good hands and happy because Modwella has made it possible! I’m passionate about improving people’s lives, there isn’t a better feeling than leaving the home of a happy client!
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Most of my favorite childhood memories revolve around my dad. I have a love for adventure and traveling because of him! I spent most of my summers growing up with him and my little sister, Madison.
We were always staying up late playing games at my grandma’s house, camping, 4wheeling, hiking, going to the beach, baseball games, and riding roller coasters at Six Flags. He taught me a lot of valuable life lessons, mostly good but some bad and I’m thankful for that. I know I am where I am today because my parents pushed me to be my best self.
