Today we’d like to introduce you to Luz Galindo.
Hi Luz, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We started this company right at the beginning of the pandemic in July 2020. We had just a couple of residential accounts that allowed us to survive the pandemic. Little by little, and with a lot of hard work and a great team, we have created a business that employs 5 people and serves more than 75 clients on a regular basis.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting right at the beginning of the pandemic was really hard, a lot of people were scared to let us into their homes and we were scared to promote our business and get sick, too. So we worked as safely as possible and work through the fear and scarcity.
As we have been growing, we started working 60 to 70 hours every week and quickly realized we needed help, but it took us almost a year to find great team members. and now we are lucky enough to have an awesome team.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We at Just Credible cleaners specialize in healthcare facilities for janitorial services. This is what we have been focusing on lately. But we also offer residential and commercial cleaning services.
We focus on reliability and flexibility. We show up when we say we are and are on time. I am most proud of all my team members. Every one of us brings something great to the company and we couldn’t be here without all of us,
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Working in hospital settings we realized pretty quickly how important cleanliness is to create a healthy environment; a place where our clients can come to get better after being sick, or just stressed from all the world craziness.
