Hi Jennifer and Pamela, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
We are Pamela and Jennifer. We’ve known each other for over a decade now and we have our husbands being best friends to thank for that.
Our humble beginning started out as bunk bed buddies in a storage closet which has blossomed into an amazing friendship, wifies, mothers, and now business owners. We’ve been proud owners of Luxe Beauty Hub for about a year now and are the first in Utah County to be specializing in the game-changing Jet Plasma Pen.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Since Jet Plasma is a new service offered, there are only about 3000 providers across the country. That number is increasing daily due to the incredible results. That being the case, we are only 1 of 3 offering it here in Utah, so educating the public has been our main focus but also has been the hardest part. So many people still have never even heard of Jet Plasma or are often confused with Plasma Pen Fibroblast (a very different procedure).
Building a business is always a constantly evolving thing and we are always looking to improve, offer more services, and just provide the best possible results.

You have to be passionate about whatever you’re doing. Believe in your cause wholeheartedly… people will naturally flock to you and feel your love for the service you offer. Everyone who owns a business says this but you have to go into this knowing you will pour your blood, sweat, and tears into it. There will be ups and downs but if you keep going it will pay off.
Jet Plasma treatments are new, so educate yourself and educate your audience. Also, we suggest having a lot of before and after photos to really show what a game changer in the beauty industry this is and to be able to spread the word.
