Hi Yarira, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
My name is Yarira Preston; I start my small business with Body Sculpting in 2020 during the pandemic. I started with 1-2 staff members and after all the transition only 1 employee remained with me. She started from the front desk to now the Store manager of both my company, Truly Yours Body Sculpting & All Aesthetics Kare. Through all the transitions Ariianna stood by me and never gave up on me. Without a doubt, I knew this wasn’t where I wanted to stop. I’ve always had a passion for beauty and health.
After establishing my body contouring business, I was introduced to my Medical Director Dr. Charles Peterson.
From the moment we got introduced, I knew and felt a special bond between us. Most importantly, I loved how he was as passionate and caring for the aesthetics world as I have been. That drew me closer to our partnership. Fun facts about me are that my business initials are based on my 3 children.
Adrian, Aaron, and Katelyn. They are my strength and the reason why I keep pushing and striving for the best. To be able to give them something back, and hopefully, they continue my legacy in the aesthetics world.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it hasn’t been, especially trying to build not 1 but 2 businesses, but with passion and love, anything is possible. I think the biggest challenge has been finding loving and caring staff but with the help of my Medical director and my Store manager (Ariianna), I have to say I’m truly blessed to have them with me through this all.
They have helped me when it came to hiring and finding the right employees for my company and I can say we have a strong team now that loves what they do and cares for the patients as we care and we are growing little by little.

All Aesthetics Kare is a Med Spa that performs all the aesthetic aspects in the industry. We have a Nurse Practitioner Registered nurses and Estheticians.
