Aaron Del Mar is an accomplished entrepreneur, and an insightful and entertaining public speaker, who presents keynotes, workshops, and seminars for a vast range of business professionals and associations.
Over the last 20 years, he founded what have become four highly successful businesses based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago that produce an exciting mix of unique events across the country. Aaron is a proven, multi-award-winning leader in the hospitality, entertainment, and event management industry, and through his engaging presentations, shares his vast background and professional experiences with audiences who leave inspired to achieve more and build through his proven methods.
Aaron energetically delivers humorous and highly knowledgeable keynotes to chambers of commerce – event management, entertainment, hospitality, and other professional associations and groups. He additionally hosts half or full-day workshops and seminars, where business professionals can utilize his guidance and extensive professional background to excel in their entrepreneurial and business pursuits.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Our company was built from humble beginnings that included a single, local event that operated out of Aaron’s parents’ basement in 2005.
Today, we create unique events nationwide that now include multiple brands/franchises earning the title of “One of the US’s Premiere Event Companies.” Our company has been fortunate to build a diverse team that continually contributes to its growth and earns awards and accolades through many successes.

Aaron Del Mar’s business acumen, along with his entrepreneurial experiences over the last 20 years, make him an exciting and insightful go-to public speaker. Budding entrepreneurs to established business professionals looking to strengthen their foothold in their distinct industries can gain real traction to scale and grow through Aaron’s engaging presentations. He can also give business owners first-hand insight into what it takes to franchise a business – something he has already accomplished.
Aaron is the founder and owner of four businesses currently in operation. US Casino Rentals (established 2005) is an event planning firm that specializes in corporate and nonprofit organization events and casino-themed parties, and Adrenaline Special Events (ASE) (established 2005) which produces themed Kids Dashes and 5K events in Illinois and neighboring states, are two of his businesses currently in operation.
In 2009, Aaron founded the Santa Hustle Race Series (SHRS-which is currently being franchised), that hosts Kids Dashes and 5Ks, as well as 10Ks and half marathons (depending upon the location) leading up to the holiday season in towns across the U.S, as well as his most recent venture – the American Pickleball Tour, (established 2019), that celebrates the fastest growing sport in the country through 3-day events focused on competition and fun.
Aaron’s leadership in business has earned him many accolades and awards, including being named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ prestigious Notable Entrepreneurs List, the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition Community Leadership Award, the Daily Herald Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Palatine Chamber of Commerce “Hero/Heart of the Community” award. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management from Indiana University, and an MBA Essentials Certificate from the University of Illinois.
