Hi Cassidy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We are a good delivery service. I work with my fiancé who also owns a concierge/transportation business, and we saw an opportunity to expand to help renters and locals get their shopping done quickly and easily.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been great so far. We love helping people and putting a smile on their faces as well as giving them more time to spend while on vacation with their families.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I have a background in marketing and promotion. So it was easy for me to take this endeavor on and try to build it.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Being able to meet customers’ expectations and needs.
