Today we’d like to introduce you to Hailey Zeiler.
Hi Hailey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
My name is Hailey, I am a wife and mother to 4 children, three Earthside and one Heaven bound. I am a Montessori Teacher as well as the proud owner of Sunstone Healing & Wellness, a small Holistic Care studio that consists of me, myself, and I!
I conduct Crystal Therapy sessions combined with Reiki and a sound bath. A personal energy reading also accompanies the crystal session. Crystal therapy is very in-depth and personal as we cover any trauma, PTSD, inner child healing, self-care, and all physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of one’s self. I am a highly “in-tune” individual. I work with Spirit as well as my Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters, and my Ancestors.
I am both a Psychic and a Medium, which results in passed-on loved ones coming through with messages for the individual receiving the healing. This happens naturally and organically. Not every client has a loved one come through, but if so I open myself up as a clear channel of communication for Spirit and share these messages with the individual.
I have been able to see and communicate with Spirits since I can remember, which is from about 3 years old. You always hear those stories about young children having imaginary friends, well mine were very much “real.” I come from a long line of spiritually blessed women and have gone through extensive amounts of shadow work and spiritual work to get to where I am today, and I continue to learn new things every single day.
My ultimate goal is to be another source of help and healing for someone. Not everyone wants to go to a religious church, or a doctor, or a regular therapist. I provide another source of healing for the community that allows the individual to truly connect to their higher self, experience energy healing within their mind, body, and soul, and provide a place of comfort and safety for one’s self and all they have carried with them thus far in life.
I work with an immense amount of love, kindness, understanding, and Divine Light. I lead with my intuition and my heart and will continue to be a light worker and hold space for those who need it.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I feel like I’ve always been fighting the balance between the light and the dark in this lifetime. The road hasn’t always been smooth. I grew up with a young single mom who was a little lost herself, but she showed me how to love, the strength needed to persevere, and how to be successful.
When I was about 5, my mom was in college trying to make the best life she could for all of us, so sometimes this meant that we had babysitters, or had time that went unaccounted for, which allowed for sexual abuse to creep its way into my life. I think this kind of abuse made me grow up always concealing my true feelings and self, and in my teens, this abuse still found its way into my life in different ways.
A huge part of my adulthood has been healing from these traumas and accepting every part of myself, knowing that the things others have done to me are not my fault and are not who I am.
Various other life events that occurred, from my biological dad not being in my life, to watching my mom go through mental illness, and not feeling accepted by my peers, thus leading to my manic depression have always made the road more difficult to travel, but throughout all these negative experiences I have always found the light at the end of the tunnel. I have always made do when I only had a little. That kind of faith and hope is what has carried me through.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Along with being an energy worker, I am also a Montessori teacher at Moab Montessori School. Being a Montessori teacher I get to work with all kinds of different children. I act as a guide and provide a safe and educational space for these children to grow and develop. Unlike traditional schools, it is the student who is the focal point of the classroom, not the teacher.
The invitation to learn is sparked by the meticulously prepared setup of the classroom that activates self-directed exploration. With my experiences in life and healing in general, I can relate closely with the children and I respect them as equals.
I do not overhelp or neglect. I observe and stay aware of my classroom while helping and supporting each student as needed. The trust that I build with each one of the students in my class is so important. It allows for self-confidence, compassion, kindness, and acceptance to be built within each child.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
To me, success is knowing that at the end of each day, you have done something important and meaningful.
Success is knowing that, although one student may have had an emotional day and decided to throw a tantrum or be disruptive, another student, who you’ve been showing how to put their shoes on, finally puts their shoe on and Velcro’s it for the first time all on their own. It’s the small accomplishments that occur that reassure you that you are on the right path and doing the right thing.
