Hi Addison, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business in 2020 after dropping out of nursing school during the pandemic. I was introduced to entrepreneurship through a friend and quickly took a $3000 program that taught me how to properly start and online business and turned it into a multi six-figure company three and a half years later.
After coaching other entrepreneurs, I realized there is a gap in the industry regarding mindset work, specifically subconscious work, so I became a hypnotherapist to help high-level CEOs expand their businesses even more by overcoming limits. Now, I serve budding entrepreneurs to almost million-dollar companies to expand their wealth mindset and increase their revenue without working more through mindset and strategy.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Yes and no, entrepreneurship is tough regarding being responsible for your growth, income, a team, and the ups and downs that can happen and tough conversations/clients/roadblocks.
Hypnotherapy and mindset work has allowed me to cut the mental spiral, doubt, and emotional disregulation and make quick decisions, show up every day, and overall prevent burnout. Without it, I always say that I might not be where I am today.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I specialize in subconscious work/hypnotherapy, offer creation, launch support, and marketing for women-owned businesses. Service-based, coaching, or product.
What sets me apart is the vast range of experience and the many certifications I have brought to the table. Also, just being a hypnotherapist, which typically turns heads!
What I’m most proud of: Turning a profit and hitting six-figures eight months into starting my business. Paying myself early on despite investments, a team, and starting from scratch. Consistently growing my revenue, mostly doing it myself with one team member and no ads.
I want people to know: more about mindset work, hypnotherapy, and the subconscious mind.
What are your plans for the future?
I am launching a podcast in the next couple of weeks. I eventually will train other hypnotherapists, we are also getting on youtube and just overall expanding the brand.
