Hi Christian, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started cooking professionally back in 2012. I worked at many restaurants around Utah, and during the pandemic, I launched my private chef business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s still not a smooth road. I continue to have challenges along the way, but it teaches me to be a problem solver.

I do private dinners and events with local chefs and the restaurant community in my area. I specialize in creating custom menus for clients who want a delicious at-home dining experience, where I bring the fine dining restaurant experience to the comfort of their home.

I’ve worked with many talented chefs and colleagues along the way. I couldn’t have been there without them encouraging me to push myself and never quit chasing success.
