Today, we’d like to introduce you to Avishai El.
Hi Avishai, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I experienced sexual abuse and severe trauma at a young age. I was also physically sick for many years. Due to this, I wanted to know what peace and healing felt like in terms of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects. My mom got into holistic health and came across Dr. Joel Fuhrman. She lost 200 lbs. using his methods and I became intrigued because she spoke about how diet also gets rid of physical ailments.
This led me to go to school to heal myself and help others heal themselves. It was then that I recognized food can help you heal on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level as well. As I started changing my diet, I noticed how amazing I started to look and feel. It propelled me on my path to doing the inner work to heal other aspects and wounds in my life. All of the methods that I learned are methods that I now teach clients all over the world.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
This has not been a smooth road.
I was sexually abused, sodomized, verbally, and physically abused from ages 2.5 to 3 years old every other week by my father’s stepfather, so my life didn’t start out happy. I had to testify against him and see a psychiatrist to help with my mental health.
My mom fought hard to have him in jail. The case was closed, and she had it reopened. He was prosecuted and served time. My immune system was compromised at birth, so I was sick from that time into my 30s. I had 20 or so vaccines before I discovered the power of holistic health.
This resulted in many chronic illnesses and terminal illnesses. My body broke down due to the vaccines and medications that I had to be on for various ailments. Some of the ailments that I’ve had are:
• Asthma
• Conjunctivitis
• Endometriosis
• Liver damage
• Diabetes
• Cancer
I reversed all ailments with diet, essential oils, supplementation, musical frequencies, and spiritual practices.
My family was from Hartford, Connecticut, which was the project. It was plagued with violence, so my mom moved to Newington, Connecticut, a suburb so I could have a better life and attend better schools. Most of my time was spent in Hartford, especially in the Summer because my aunt would watch me while my mom was at work.
For a long time, there were only 4 of us who went to those schools and were melanated. The other children were of a different race. It was a culture shock for everyone, and it was hard for people to understand me. I felt left out, was constantly accused, and blamed for things because of the way I spoke.
The facial expressions I made would make some children upset because they thought I was rolling my eyes. I was fixing my glasses, which were too big for my face. My vision got bad when I was four years old, so I had thick bifocals and a strong prescription.
In addition to being misunderstood, I wasn’t rich and had an absent father. My father abandoned me when I was one year old and didn’t come to see me often. He died from lung cancer when I was eight years old. Between being sexually assaulted and abandoned, I had a lot of rage.
I would blackout and hurt the other children very badly. When I came out of those blackout spells, my teacher would show me what I had done. The students would have third-degree burn-looking scars on their skin.
She had to call my mom on various occasions about my behavior. I was very revengeful and calculated when students did things I didn’t like. I remember when I was eight years old. I hit a girl with a hockey stick and acted like it was an accident.
No one ever knew that it was on purpose. Her face turned black, blue, and purple. That wasn’t a blackout moment. However, these blackouts continued until I was ten years old. At age 11, one of my teachers had me enrolled in anger management.
I started to get better. I would still get into fights here and there and almost was arrested, but I knew how to emotionally regulate better. Anger management saved my life.
In high school, I developed a drug addiction. I would drink here and there since age 10, but I had more of a drug problem. I would smoke weed, black, and cigarettes and take my prescription meds for endometriosis all at the same time. My mom had me taken off Hydrocodone, which was one of the prescription meds.
From ages 16-21, I struggled with it due to past traumas and flashbacks that plagued me. I had horrible anxiety because I didn’t want to go to school and was constantly stressed.
I was an extremely troubled teen. I would go out, smoke, cut myself, and hang with gangs. I’ve never been promiscuous, but I hung out with people who were out in the street. People in gangs have threatened me with knives in my face before, but I made it out alive. Backing down wasn’t in me, and I defended myself at all costs.
Although I had all of these issues, I got good grades and graduated. Albertus Magnus College accepted me, but the cost was too high, so I went to Manchester Community College and then transferred to Central Connecticut State University.
I was one of the rare few who graduated from CCSU early with a 3.5 GPA and several scholarships that I worked hard to get. During those years, I was in two bad car accidents that burned my arm, fractured my jaw, and messed up my spine and my knee.
I was in physical therapy for a total of three years to learn how to move properly. I sued both times and won. I worked from age 15 until now. I was 23 years old when I got my first full-time teaching job, but then I got fired. I was wrongfully let go after a worker’s comp injury.
While I did sue them and win, it wasn’t enough to support me forever. Money was never an issue until I turned 26 years old. My mom retired once I got my new job, but then I was fired, and my health rapidly declined. I couldn’t work a regular job. Money dwindled. Although I tried to start multiple MLM businesses, I still wasn’t making enough. I faced homelessness in 2016.
This was the same year I was transitioning my identification and discovering my true nationality. People in the so-called government gave my mom and I a rough time and many family members and associates turned on me.
Before I was homeless, the lights were cut off, and it was freezing cold. A relative made sure the lights were cut on, and a good friend made sure I had flashlights. Many people thought what I was doing was stupid and wanted no parts.
We had to move in with a relative and stayed there for almost four years. I was heavily discriminated against because of my nationality and identification. Although it is publicly recognized now, it wasn’t then.
I had to pawn all my stuff just to survive. My grandmother and mom helped. My uncle and cousin, who also lived there, helped later when they found out I was severely ill. About three years later, I discovered I had leukemia and suffered burns because I burned from the inside out. I also burned due to the benzene chemicals that I was exposed to.
My entire family didn’t care about me currently and were gossiping. People I thought were in my corner were slandering me. I was put in group chats and made fun of. It was horrible. Years later, I had a traumatic brain injury after a severe concussion that knocked me unconscious. I healed that with holistic methods.

How do you think about luck?
Good luck has created opportunities in my life and business that I have literally dreamed about and manifested. When I was homeless, staying with a relative I took the time to produce my own podcast and start my social media platforms.
My podcast went global and brought in paying clients. My psychic readings on TikTok also went viral. That also brought in paying clients, and I was able to move. About a year later, by chance I found this big, luxury, apartment complex in Utah and moved here. Luck exists when you’re divinely guided by the Spirit and listen.
It was all orchestrated by the divine Creator.
Bad luck has allowed me to go within and see how I can manifest better opportunities in my life. I took time to learn lessons that I alchemized for the benefit of my life and business. I had to surpass my limiting beliefs, do shadow work, free myself of blockages, do chakra healing, and more.
