Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Easter
Hi Rebecca, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My Instagram and gardening journey started in 2020. Like most people at the time we were stuck inside and bored. My husband found an old bookshelf out by the trash and decided to make me a raised bed and that’s where it all started. I wanted to get Gardening advice so I started A gardening Instagram page so I can show my progress and get help. While doing that I built a wonderful community around me.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has not been smooth. Because gardening is my passion and I started gardening and my Instagram at the same time, sometimes I get burnt out.. Struggling with anxiety and imposter syndrome has been Hard to overcome.

My 9 to 5 job has always been sales in some capacity. My passion is for gardening and composting and sharing that journey with others and making it accessible for others.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
I hear a lot that some people don’t have green thumbs. And the truth is gardeners kill the most plants out of everyone because we keep trying and trying and learning and growing from what we learn. My biggest advice is to be consistent. Keep learning ask for help when you need it and keep doing what you passionate about.
