Hidden Gems: Meet Chad Midgley of Chad’s Produce

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chad Midgley

Hi Chad, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
30 year market farmer starting as a kid hanging out with my dad and local farmers still alive in the 1980s born in the late 1800’s. Fast forward to today and have taken what I have learned from Utah’s best Farmers and growers and am now growing 15 foot Grapefruit trees in Hobbit Hole Greenhouses heated by compost in Utah!! Follow us on Facebook at Chads Midgley to see our daily documentaries and videos on these adventures.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Lots of jealous farmers, growers , and believe it or not even farmers markets that we don’t attend any longer!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Chad’s Produce?
Your favorite local farmer for 30 years along the Wasatch Front!

What’s next?
$100 Hobbit Greenhouses that allow anyone anywhere to grow citrus and tropicals for cheap. Mixed into their landscape, food forest and orchards.
