JGF Processes and Forms was born from my personal desire to help people who face difficulties in adjusting their immigration status in an affordable way. Over the years, I have seen how many families and individuals get caught up in long, costly, and complicated processes. That reality motivated me to create a service that could make a real difference in their lives by offering a more accessible and efficient alternative. My motivation has always been to provide support to those who need it most, ensuring that they can achieve legal stability without it becoming a financial burden
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been an easy road, as with any business, there are always challenges. In the beginning, one of the biggest difficulties was gaining people’s trust, especially in such a sensitive area as adjusting immigration status. I also faced the challenge of balancing the need to offer an affordable service without compromising the quality or rigor necessary to meet legal requirements. Additionally, navigating the constant changes in immigration policies and staying up to date with the laws has been a challenge in itself. However, each obstacle has only strengthened my commitment and improved the services we provide. Seeing the positive impact we’ve made in our clients’ lives makes all the effort worthwhile.

Some books that have been fundamental to my growth are The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, which has taught me to better organize my priorities and focus on what truly matters, and The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma, which inspires me to find a balance between personal life and work, something crucial for my well-being.
As for podcasts, How I Built This by NPR has been a constant source of inspiration, as hearing the stories of other entrepreneurs motivates me to keep going, even in the face of challenges.
