Growing up, I developed a love for sports and learned the power of winning and losing early on. This instilled in me an entrepreneurial spirit that drove me to skip college and start my first business at just 19 years old. This initial leap into entrepreneurship was the beginning of a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs.
Over the years, my experiences have shaped my professional path and personal philosophy. I have transitioned from various roles and industries, each teaching me valuable lessons. These experiences culminated in my current role as President and CFO of Vibrant Management, a hospitality management company based in St. George, Utah. At Vibrant, we are dedicated to creating a place where dreams become reality, helping properties become industry leaders by building their brands and digital footprints.
In addition to my work at Vibrant, I authored the bestselling book “Winning The Moment,” which serves as a guide to living the life you want by changing your mindset and focus. The book emphasizes the importance of seizing every moment and provides practical tools for making pivotal changes in life.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road; in fact, the journey has been filled with various challenges and struggles that have shaped who I am today. One of the early challenges I faced was making the bold decision to skip college and dive into the business world at a young age. This path came with a steep learning curve, requiring me to quickly adapt and learn from each mistake.
Starting my first business at 19 was both thrilling and daunting. There were moments of doubt and financial instability that tested my resilience. Learning how to manage a business without a formal education meant that I often had to rely on my instincts and seek mentorship wherever possible. These experiences taught me the importance of perseverance and the value of continuous learning.
Transitioning into my role at Vibrant Management brought its own set of challenges. The hospitality industry is highly competitive, and building a company that helps properties become industry leaders requires a deep understanding of the market and a relentless commitment to excellence. There were times when it felt like an uphill battle, especially when dealing with economic fluctuations and changing industry trends.
Writing “Winning The Moment” also posed its own difficulties. Translating my experiences and philosophy into a book that could genuinely inspire others was a significant undertaking. There were moments of self-doubt, wondering if my message would resonate with readers. However, pushing through these doubts and completing the book has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey.
Overall, the struggles I faced have been integral to my growth. They have taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset. Each challenge has been a lesson that contributed to my personal and professional development, helping me achieve the success I enjoy today.
