Exploring Life & Business with Sharee Carlisle of My LLC is Journey to Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharee Carlisle.

Hi Sharee, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2020 I experienced a miscarriage around the time that we moved and the world shut down within 2 weeks. It was a difficult time in my life and I was seeking emotional support. My parents recommended a practitioner who used an Emotion Code type of modality called The Healer’s Blueprint, by Tam Pendleton. I had read Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson on my way home from Europe in 2017 and found that it was really helpful at clearing trapped emotions at that time.

When I met with the practitioner, she showed me the books of the Healer’s Blueprint and I felt like a flash, like a recognition in my body that I needed to pursue this modality as I often went back and forth on proceeding with learning the Emotion Code modality, now I knew why that didn’t feel right to move forward with. Within 6 months I started with a 3 day workshop and then a 13 week academy traning within that modality.

I continued learning and growing in my capacity within the Healer’s blueprint among other courses such as Life and health coaching courses online. Things came to a halt when my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 liver failure and uterine cancer in 2021. My focus shifted to taking care of her running her to doctor appointments and spending as much time as I could with her. My mom was my best friend and my biggest cheerleader. so when she died in 2022 after a 13 month battle, I was devastated and within a couple months I was expecting my 3rd rainbow baby, which was a big surprise to me after years and years of infertility & secondary infertility. I gave birth around my mom’s birthday 9 months after she passed. I took that time to work through my grief before returning for another round of Healer’s Blueprint academy, I absolutely love continuing in my knowledge and education.

I LOVE learning new things! In March o 2022 I hired a life coach to help me be accountable towards my goal of starting my own life coaching business and finishing some of the training that I had started but was struggling to complete. . Pretty soon, I started to work within the coaching group as an actual coach, August of 2023, My coach Robyn, encouraged me to stop just learning and actually BEGIN coaching. I am so grateful for her encouragement and her trust in me to help expand the program and community that she was building. I began using so many of the skills that I had been learning and preparing for. up to that point. I started to feel pulled to learn sound bath healing in 2024 and even purchased a set of Crystal singing bowls on Etsy . At the time I had an almost 2 year old little girl so things were moving a little bit slower that I would have liked but I put it on my vision board ofr 2025 and started to learn more. I went to a couple sound baths to learn more about what instruments that I wanted to invest in. I had a sister-in-law who also recommended an online class and some tibetian bowls. I performed my first sound bath at a women’s retreat in the Spring 2025 and it has quickly become my favorite modality that I use. I have evolved to fascilitating sound baths at multiple locations and one location I have 2 per week, soon to be 3. I also have one on one clients that I do zoom calls or in person sessions.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have expeeriences a lot of loss in my life. I struggled with infertility and had miscarriages between each of my 3 kids. All of my children are 7 years apart and in different phases of life. I have a son who just graduated high school and a 3 year old who does preschool at daycare 2 days per week. I lost my dad suddenly in June of 2019, and my mom in 2022 after a battle with illness. I have been married to my husband for 24+ years and as most relationships, we have experienced our own stuggles. I am grateful for those difficult times in my life though, they have helped me to become the woman that I am today. I have more empathy and compassion for others as they go through their own life experiences. I truly believe that we all have our own path and journey that comes with a range of life experiences, some good and some uncomfortable that stretch and grow us into different versions of ourselves.

At times it feels as if I have lived multiple lifetimes within this one life. Each version of me gaining strength and clarity to keep moving forward with expereince. I have learned to love myself throughout each day, come what may.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about My LLC is Journey to Wellness?
Although I have several modalities that I work with, most of what I do in a 1;1 session is using my intuition to guide the client through the session experience that they need, each session looking different. I build crystal grids, use reference books, charts, and sound instruments in my work with the client. I feel guided through each of my sound bath healings, using my senses and connecton with the universe to help me I am deeply spiritual in nature, even though I am no longer a religious person. No 2 sessions are the same. I am reiki trained and love working within the Chakra system. I am trauma & nervous system informed, meaning I have done a lot of training in these areas to gain the knowledge and info to assist clients in educating them to help assist & guide them as needed. I love oracle cards and sometimes use them in sessions as needed.

I consider myself a Spiritual intuative wellness coach or guide (depending on what makes the most sense to explain). I am trained in Reiki, Healer’s Blueprint, , nervous system response, emotions (cleansing & clearing stuck of stagnant emotional cellular memory) trauma informed, & sound bath practitioner.

I have a base price but have also moved to a donation based pricing because I want to assist people towards receiving the healing they need to be guided towards. I believe each person has the ability to learn how to heal within themselves. I believe that each individual has unique gifts and talents that bless the lives of those around them and assist them in their on lives. I don’t claim to heal people, however I do guide peoiple through sessions that can lead to healing, the client leading the work., I think that is what sets me apart from others in this field. I believe that I am just assisting and witnessing other people remember and awaken those things within themselves. I love to educate my clients and teach them skills that will serve them in the long run and never encourage dependency on me.

I offer retreats twice a year, one smaller retreat in Kauai in the fall and somewhere warmer than Norther Utah in the Spring. I do my best to make them affordable so that women can take time away from their lives and relax, work on themselves, expand in their knowledge and return home with more clarity about their lives.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I have had several mentors that have assisted in my journey, many mentors, teachers, guides, and healers. My husband supports me in so many ways and encourages me to follow my passion and do what I love! My children Ryker, Quinlee, & Emmeline all teach me so much about myself and how to love each one of them and celebrate both strengths and weaknesses that help build out family unit into an environment of trust and freedom to make mistakes and choose what they believe for themselves.

My parents were trailblazers in my life, teaching me about homeopathic, eastern medicine, energy, and emotion code. As an adult they taught me to question societal rules and religious systems. They encouraged me to be curious and seek my own answers and beliefs around everything. They challenged me in so many ways and although I had many challenges from my childhood, I am the person that I am today because of them.

So many mentors/teachers/guides/coaches – Tam Pendleton, Erin Baur, Melonnie Judy, Jami Scoville, my amazing sister-in-law, Robyn Whitworth, Missy Reber, Nikyla Maria, Jenni Stone, so many online teachers and courses that I have taken that it woujld take me so long to list them all. I love learning from other people.
